斥责假先知
耶和华的话临到我，说：
And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
2“人子啊，你要说预言，攻击以色列中说预言的先知，对那些随心说预言的人说：‘你们当听耶和华的话。’”Son of man, prophesy against the prophets of Israel that prophesy, and say thou unto them that prophesy out of their own hearts, Hear ye the word of the LORD;
3主耶和华如此说：“祸哉！那些愚顽的先知，随从自己的心意，却一无所见。Thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe unto the foolish prophets, that follow their own spirit, and have seen nothing!
4以色列啊，你的先知好像废墟中的狐狸，O Israel, thy prophets are like the foxes in the deserts.
5没有上去堵住缺口，也没有为以色列家重修城墙，使它在耶和华的日子来临时，可以在战争中站得住。Ye have not gone up into the gaps, neither made up the hedge for the house of Israel to stand in the battle in the day of the LORD.
6他们看见的是虚假，是谎诈的占卜，说是耶和华说的；其实耶和华并没有差遣他们，他们却指望那话必站立得住。They have seen vanity and lying divination, saying, The LORD saith: and the LORD hath not sent them: and they have made others to hope that they would confirm the word.
7你们岂不是见了虚假的异象吗？岂不是说了谎诈的占卜吗？你们说，这是耶和华说的，其实我没有说过。”Have ye not seen a vain vision, and have ye not spoken a lying divination, whereas ye say, The LORD saith it; albeit I have not spoken?
8所以主耶和华如此说：“因你们说的是虚假，见的是谎诈，所以，看哪，我要敌对你们。这是主耶和华说的。Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because ye have spoken vanity, and seen lies, therefore, behold, I am against you, saith the Lord GOD.
9我的手必攻击那见虚假异象、用谎诈占卜的先知，他们必不列在我百姓的会中，不录在以色列家的名册上，也不能进入以色列地；你们就知道我是主耶和华。And mine hand shall be upon the prophets that see vanity, and that divine lies: they shall not be in the assembly of my people, neither shall they be written in the writing of the house of Israel, neither shall they enter into the land of Israel; and ye shall know that I am the Lord GOD.
10他们诱惑我的百姓，说：‘平安！’其实没有平安，就像有人筑墙壁，看哪，他们倒去粉刷它。Because, even because they have seduced my people, saying, Peace; and there was no peace; and one built up a wall, and, lo, others daubed it with untempered morter:
11所以你要对那些粉刷的人说：‘墙要倒塌，暴雨漫过。你们大冰雹啊，要降下☛“你们...降下”：七十士译本是“我要降下大冰雹”。 ，狂风要吹裂这墙。’Say unto them which daub it with untempered morter, that it shall fall: there shall be an overflowing shower; and ye, O great hailstones, shall fall; and a stormy wind shall rend it.
12看哪，这墙倒塌，人岂不是要问你们说：‘你们所粉刷的在哪里呢？’”Lo, when the wall is fallen, shall it not be said unto you, Where is the daubing wherewith ye have daubed it?
13所以主耶和华如此说：“我要发怒，使狂风吹裂它，在怒中令暴雨漫过，又发怒降下大冰雹，毁坏它。Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; I will even rend it with a stormy wind in my fury; and there shall be an overflowing shower in mine anger, and great hailstones in my fury to consume it.
14我要这样拆毁你们那粉饰的墙，把它夷为平地，以致根基露出；墙一倒塌，你们也要在其中灭亡。你们就知道我是耶和华。So will I break down the wall that ye have daubed with untempered morter, and bring it down to the ground, so that the foundation thereof shall be discovered, and it shall fall, and ye shall be consumed in the midst thereof: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
15我要对墙和粉刷它的人发尽我的愤怒，我☛“我”：原文另译“他们”。要对你们说：‘墙没有了！粉刷它的人也没有了！’Thus will I accomplish my wrath upon the wall, and upon them that have daubed it with untempered morter, and will say unto you, The wall is no more, neither they that daubed it;
16这就是以色列的先知，他们指着耶路撒冷说预言，见到这城平安的异象，其实没有平安。这是主耶和华说的。”To wit, the prophets of Israel which prophesy concerning Jerusalem, and which see visions of peace for her, and there is no peace, saith the Lord GOD.
斥责假的女先知
17“你，人子啊，要面向你百姓中随心说预言的妇女们，说预言攻击她们，Likewise, thou son of man, set thy face against the daughters of thy people, which prophesy out of their own heart; and prophesy thou against them,
18说，主耶和华如此说：‘这些妇女有祸了！她们为众人的手腕缝驱邪带，替身材高矮不同的人做头巾，为要猎取人的性命。难道你们要猎取我百姓的性命，使自己存活吗？And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe to the women that sew pillows to all armholes, and make kerchiefs upon the head of every stature to hunt souls! Will ye hunt the souls of my people, and will ye save the souls alive that come unto you?
19你们为几把大麦、几块饼，在我的百姓中亵渎我，对那肯听谎言的百姓说谎言，让不该死的人死，让不该活的人活。’”And will ye pollute me among my people for handfuls of barley and for pieces of bread, to slay the souls that should not die, and to save the souls alive that should not live, by your lying to my people that hear your lies?
20所以主耶和华如此说：“看哪，我要对付你们那用以猎取人，如猎飞鸟般的驱邪带。我要把驱邪带从你们的手腕扯去，释放那些如飞鸟被你们猎取的人。Wherefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against your pillows, wherewith ye there hunt the souls to make them fly, and I will tear them from your arms, and will let the souls go, even the souls that ye hunt to make them fly.
21我也必撕裂你们的头巾，救我百姓脱离你们的手，使他们不再被猎取，落在你们手中；你们就知道我是耶和华。Your kerchiefs also will I tear, and deliver my people out of your hand, and they shall be no more in your hand to be hunted; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
22我未曾使义人伤心，你们却以谎话使他伤心，且又坚固恶人的手，不使他回转离开恶道得以存活。Because with lies ye have made the heart of the righteous sad, whom I have not made sad; and strengthened the hands of the wicked, that he should not return from his wicked way, by promising him life:
23所以，你们必不再看见虚假的异象，也不再行占卜的事；我要救我的百姓脱离你们的手；你们就知道我是耶和华。”Therefore ye shall see no more vanity, nor divine divinations: for I will deliver my people out of your hand: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
