以西结的第一个异象
（1．1－7．27）
神的宝座
在三十年四月初五，我在迦巴鲁河边被掳的人当中，那时天开了，我看见神的异象。
Now it came to pass in the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, in the fifth day of the month, as I was among the captives by the river of Chebar, that the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of God.
2正是约雅斤王被掳的第五年四月初五，In the fifth day of the month, which was the fifth year of king Jehoiachin's captivity,
3在迦勒底人之地的迦巴鲁河边，耶和华的话特地临到布西的儿子以西结祭司，耶和华的手按在他身上。The word of the LORD came expressly unto Ezekiel the priest, the son of Buzi, in the land of the Chaldeans by the river Chebar; and the hand of the LORD was there upon him.
4我观看，看哪，狂风从北方刮来，有一朵大云闪烁着火，周围有光辉，其中的火好像闪耀的金属；And I looked, and, behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire infolding itself, and a brightness was about it, and out of the midst thereof as the colour of amber, out of the midst of the fire.
5又从其中显出四个活物的形像。他们的形状是这样：有人的形像，Also out of the midst thereof came the likeness of four living creatures. And this was their appearance; they had the likeness of a man.
6各有四张脸，四个翅膀。And every one had four faces, and every one had four wings.
7他们的腿是直的，脚掌好像牛犊的蹄，灿烂如磨亮的铜。And their feet were straight feet; and the sole of their feet was like the sole of a calf's foot: and they sparkled like the colour of burnished brass.
8在四面的翅膀以下有人的手。这四个活物的脸和翅膀是这样：And they had the hands of a man under their wings on their four sides; and they four had their faces and their wings.
9翅膀彼此相接，行走时并不转弯，各自往前直行。Their wings were joined one to another; they turned not when they went; they went every one straight forward.
10至于脸的形像：四个活物各有人的脸，右面有狮子的脸，左面有牛的脸，也有鹰的脸；As for the likeness of their faces, they four had the face of a man, and the face of a lion, on the right side: and they four had the face of an ox on the left side; they four also had the face of an eagle.
11这就是他们的脸☛七十士译本没有“这就是他们的脸”。。他们的翅膀向上张开，各有两个翅膀彼此相接，用另外两个翅膀遮体。Thus were their faces: and their wings were stretched upward; two wings of every one were joined one to another, and two covered their bodies.
12他们各自往前直行。灵往哪里去，他们就往哪里去，行走时并不转弯。And they went every one straight forward: whither the spirit was to go, they went; and they turned not when they went.
13至于四活物的形像，就如烧着火炭的形状，又如火把的形状。有火在四活物中间来回移动，这火有光辉，从火中发出闪电。As for the likeness of the living creatures, their appearance was like burning coals of fire, and like the appearance of lamps: it went up and down among the living creatures; and the fire was bright, and out of the fire went forth lightning.
14这些活物往来奔走，好像电光一闪。And the living creatures ran and returned as the appearance of a flash of lightning.
15我观看活物，看哪，有四张脸的活物旁边各有一个轮子在地上。Now as I beheld the living creatures, behold one wheel upon the earth by the living creatures, with his four faces.
16轮子的形状结构☛七十士译本没有“结构”。好像耀眼的水苍玉。四轮都是一个样式，形状☛七十士译本没有“形状”。结构好像轮中套轮。The appearance of the wheels and their work was like unto the colour of a beryl: and they four had one likeness: and their appearance and their work was as it were a wheel in the middle of a wheel.
17轮子行走的时候，向四方直行，行走时并不转弯。When they went, they went upon their four sides: and they turned not when they went.
18至于轮圈，高而可畏；四个轮圈周围布满眼睛。As for their rings, they were so high that they were dreadful; and their rings were full of eyes round about them four.
19活物行走，轮子也在旁边行走；活物离地上升，轮子也上升。And when the living creatures went, the wheels went by them: and when the living creatures were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up.
20灵往哪里去，活物就往哪里去；轮子在活物旁边上升，因为活物的灵在轮中。Whithersoever the spirit was to go, they went, thither was their spirit to go; and the wheels were lifted up over against them: for the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels.
21活物行走，轮子也行走；活物站住，轮子也站住；活物离地上升，轮子也在旁边上升，因为活物的灵在轮中。When those went, these went; and when those stood, these stood; and when those were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up over against them: for the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels.
22活物的头上面有穹苍的形像，像耀眼惊人的水晶，铺张在活物的头顶上。And the likeness of the firmament upon the heads of the living creature was as the colour of the terrible crystal, stretched forth over their heads above.
23穹苍之下，活物的翅膀伸直，彼此相对，每个活物用两个翅膀遮住自己；每个活物用两个翅膀遮住自己☛有古卷和七十士译本没有第二次的“每个活物用两个翅膀遮住自己”。 ，就是自己的身体。And under the firmament were their wings straight, the one toward the other: every one had two, which covered on this side, and every one had two, which covered on that side, their bodies.
24活物行走的时候，我听见翅膀的响声，像大水的声音，像全能者的声音，又像军队闹哄的声音。活物站住的时候，翅膀垂下。And when they went, I heard the noise of their wings, like the noise of great waters, as the voice of the Almighty, the voice of speech, as the noise of an host: when they stood, they let down their wings.
25在他们头上的穹苍之上有声音。他们站住的时候，翅膀垂下。And there was a voice from the firmament that was over their heads, when they stood, and had let down their wings.
26在他们头上的穹苍之上有宝座的形像，仿佛蓝宝石的样子；宝座的形像上方有仿佛人的样子的形像。And above the firmament that was over their heads was the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone: and upon the likeness of the throne was the likeness as the appearance of a man above upon it.
27我见他的腰以上有仿佛闪耀的金属，周围有仿佛火的形状，又见他的腰以下有仿佛火的形状，周围也有光辉。And I saw as the colour of amber, as the appearance of fire round about within it, from the appearance of his loins even upward, and from the appearance of his loins even downward, I saw as it were the appearance of fire, and it had brightness round about.
28下雨的日子，云中彩虹的形状怎样，周围光辉的形状也是怎样。这就是耶和华荣耀形像的样式，我一看见就脸伏于地。我又听见一位说话者的声音。
As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness round about. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD. And when I saw it, I fell upon my face, and I heard a voice of one that spake.
