预演耶路撒冷被困
“你，人子啊，拿一块砖，摆在你面前，将一座城耶路撒冷画在上面。
Thou also, son of man, take thee a tile, and lay it before thee, and pourtray upon it the city, even Jerusalem:
2你要围攻这城，筑堡垒，建土堆，安营攻击，周围设撞城槌攻城，And lay siege against it, and build a fort against it, and cast a mount against it; set the camp also against it, and set battering rams against it round about.
3又要拿一个铁盘放在你和城的中间，作为铁墙。你要把你的脸对着这城，使城被困。你要围攻这城，这要成为以色列家的预兆。Moreover take thou unto thee an iron pan, and set it for a wall of iron between thee and the city: and set thy face against it, and it shall be besieged, and thou shalt lay siege against it. This shall be a sign to the house of Israel.
4“你要向左侧卧，承担以色列家的罪孽；按你向左侧卧的日数，担当他们的罪孽。Lie thou also upon thy left side, and lay the iniquity of the house of Israel upon it: according to the number of the days that thou shalt lie upon it thou shalt bear their iniquity.
5我已将他们作恶的年数定了日期，就是三百九十天，你要如此担当以色列家的罪孽。For I have laid upon thee the years of their iniquity, according to the number of the days, three hundred and ninety days: so shalt thou bear the iniquity of the house of Israel.
6这些日子结束之后，你还要向右侧卧，担当犹大家的罪孽。我为你定了四十天，一天顶一年。And when thou hast accomplished them, lie again on thy right side, and thou shalt bear the iniquity of the house of Judah forty days: I have appointed thee each day for a year.
7你要把你的脸对着被困的耶路撒冷，露出膀臂，说预言攻击这城。Therefore thou shalt set thy face toward the siege of Jerusalem, and thine arm shall be uncovered, and thou shalt prophesy against it.
8看哪，我用绳索捆绑你，使你不能从这边翻到那边，直等到你围困的日子结束。And, behold, I will lay bands upon thee, and thou shalt not turn thee from one side to another, till thou hast ended the days of thy siege.
9“你要取小麦、大麦、豆子、红豆、小米、粗麦，装在一个器皿里，为自己做饼；在你侧卧的三百九十天吃这饼。Take thou also unto thee wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentiles, and millet, and fitches, and put them in one vessel, and make thee bread thereof, according to the number of the days that thou shalt lie upon thy side, three hundred and ninety days shalt thou eat thereof.
10你所吃食物的量是每天二十舍客勒，要按时吃。And thy meat which thou shalt eat shall be by weight, twenty shekels a day: from time to time shalt thou eat it.
11你喝水的量是每天六分之一欣，要按时喝。Thou shalt drink also water by measure, the sixth part of an hin: from time to time shalt thou drink.
12你要吃这饼像大麦饼一样，在众人眼前用人的粪烤它。”And thou shalt eat it as barley cakes, and thou shalt bake it with dung that cometh out of man, in their sight.
13耶和华说：“以色列人在我赶他们到的列国中，也必这样吃不洁净的食物。”And the LORD said, Even thus shall the children of Israel eat their defiled bread among the Gentiles, whither I will drive them.
14我说：“唉！主耶和华，看哪，我从来未曾被玷污，从幼年到如今没有吃过自然死的，或被野兽撕裂的，那不洁净的肉也未曾入我的口。”Then said I, Ah Lord GOD! behold, my soul hath not been polluted: for from my youth up even till now have I not eaten of that which dieth of itself, or is torn in pieces; neither came there abominable flesh into my mouth.
15于是他对我说：“看，我给你牛粪代替人粪，你要在上面烤你的饼。”Then he said unto me, Lo, I have given thee cow's dung for man's dung, and thou shalt prepare thy bread therewith.
16他又对我说：“人子，看哪，我必断绝耶路撒冷粮食的供应☛“粮食的供应”：原文直译“粮食的杖”；本卷书下同。。他们要带着忧虑限量吃饼；带着惊惶限量喝水。Moreover he said unto me, Son of man, behold, I will break the staff of bread in Jerusalem: and they shall eat bread by weight, and with care; and they shall drink water by measure, and with astonishment:
17他们因缺粮缺水，彼此惊惶，在自己的罪孽中消灭。”That they may want bread and water, and be astonied one with another, and consume away for their iniquity.
