耶路撒冷遭围攻
便雅悯人哪，当逃离耶路撒冷， 在提哥亚吹号角， 在伯．哈基琳升信号， 因为有灾祸与大毁灭从北方逼近。O ye children of Benjamin, gather yourselves to flee out of the midst of Jerusalem, and blow the trumpet in Tekoa, and set up a sign of fire in Bethhaccerem: for evil appeareth out of the north, and great destruction.
2那秀美娇嫩的锡安☛“锡安”：原文直译“锡安女子”。， 我必剪除。☛本节另译“我把锡安比作最可爱的草场”。I have likened the daughter of Zion to a comely and delicate woman.
3牧人必引领羊群到它那里， 在它周围支搭帐棚， 各在自己的地方放牧。The shepherds with their flocks shall come unto her; they shall pitch their tents against her round about; they shall feed every one in his place.
4“你们要准备攻击它。 起来吧，我们要趁正午上去。” “哀哉！日已渐斜， 黄昏的影子拖长了。”Prepare ye war against her; arise, and let us go up at noon. Woe unto us! for the day goeth away, for the shadows of the evening are stretched out.
5“起来吧，我们要在夜间上去， 毁坏它的宫殿。”Arise, and let us go by night, and let us destroy her palaces.
6万军之耶和华如此说： “你们要砍伐树木， 建土堆攻打耶路撒冷， 就是那该受罚的城☛“该受罚的城”：原文另译“放纵的城”或“被弃的城”。， 其中尽是欺压。For thus hath the LORD of hosts said, Hew ye down trees, and cast a mount against Jerusalem: this is the city to be visited; she is wholly oppression in the midst of her.
7井怎样涌出水来， 这城也照样涌出恶来； 其中常听闻残暴毁灭的事， 病痛损伤也常在我面前。As a fountain casteth out her waters, so she casteth out her wickedness: violence and spoil is heard in her; before me continually is grief and wounds.
8耶路撒冷啊，当受管教， 免得我心与你生疏， 免得我使你荒凉， 成为无人居住之地。”叛逆的以色列
Be thou instructed, O Jerusalem, lest my soul depart from thee; lest I make thee desolate, a land not inhabited.
9万军之耶和华如此说： “他们洗劫以色列剩下的民， 如摘净葡萄一样； 现你的手如采收葡萄的人，在树枝上采了又采☛“你的手...采了又采”：七十士译本是“你要像摘葡萄的人，回手放在筐子里”。。”Thus saith the LORD of hosts, They shall throughly glean the remnant of Israel as a vine: turn back thine hand as a grapegatherer into the baskets.
10现在我可以向谁说话，警告谁，使他们听呢？ 看哪，他们的耳朵未受割礼，不能听见。 看哪，他们以耶和华的话为羞辱， 不以为喜悦。To whom shall I speak, and give warning, that they may hear? behold, their ear is uncircumcised, and they cannot hearken: behold, the word of the LORD is unto them a reproach; they have no delight in it.
11因此我被耶和华的愤怒充满，难以忍受。 “你要把它倒在街上孩童 和成群的年轻人身上， 他们连夫带妻， 年长者与高龄的人都必被擒拿。Therefore I am full of the fury of the LORD; I am weary with holding in: I will pour it out upon the children abroad, and upon the assembly of young men together: for even the husband with the wife shall be taken, the aged with him that is full of days.
12他们的房屋、田地， 和妻子都要一起转归别人， 我要伸手攻击这地的居民。” 这是耶和华说的。And their houses shall be turned unto others, with their fields and wives together: for I will stretch out my hand upon the inhabitants of the land, saith the LORD.
13“因为他们从最小的到最大的都贪图不义之财， 从先知到祭司全都行事虚假。For from the least of them even unto the greatest of them every one is given to covetousness; and from the prophet even unto the priest every one dealeth falsely.
14他们轻忽地医治我百姓的损伤， 说：‘平安了！平安了！’ 其实没有平安。They have healed also the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly, saying, Peace, peace; when there is no peace.
15他们行可憎之事，应当羞愧； 然而他们却一点也不觉得羞愧， 也不知羞耻。 因此，他们必与仆倒的人一同仆倒， 我惩罚他们的时候， 他们必跌倒。” 这是耶和华说的。以色列拒绝神的道路
Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? nay, they were not at all ashamed, neither could they blush: therefore they shall fall among them that fall: at the time that I visit them they shall be cast down, saith the LORD.
16耶和华如此说： “你们当站在路边察看， 寻访古老的路， 哪里是完善的道路，就行走在其上； 这样，你们自己必找到安息。 他们却说：‘我们不走。’Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein.
17我为你们设立守望的人， 要留心听角声。 他们却说：‘我们不听。’Also I set watchmen over you, saying, Hearken to the sound of the trumpet. But they said, We will not hearken.
18因此，列国啊，当听！ 会众啊，要知道他们必遭遇的事。Therefore hear, ye nations, and know, O congregation, what is among them.
19地啊，当听！ 看哪，我必使灾祸临到这百姓， 是他们计谋所结的果子； 因为他们不肯留心听我的话， 至于我的律法，他们也厌弃。Hear, O earth: behold, I will bring evil upon this people, even the fruit of their thoughts, because they have not hearkened unto my words, nor to my law, but rejected it.
20从示巴来的乳香， 从远方出的香菖蒲， 奉来给我有何用呢？ 你们的燔祭不蒙悦纳； 你们的祭物，我也不喜悦。”To what purpose cometh there to me incense from Sheba, and the sweet cane from a far country? your burnt offerings are not acceptable, nor your sacrifices sweet unto me.
21所以耶和华如此说： “看哪，我要将绊脚石放在这百姓面前； 父亲和儿子要一同跌在其上， 邻舍与朋友也都灭亡。”北方来的侵略者
Therefore thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will lay stumblingblocks before this people, and the fathers and the sons together shall fall upon them; the neighbour and his friend shall perish.
22耶和华如此说： “看哪，有一民族从北方而来； 有一大国被激起，从地极来到。Thus saith the LORD, Behold, a people cometh from the north country, and a great nation shall be raised from the sides of the earth.
23他们拿弓和枪， 性情残忍，不施怜悯； 他们的声音如海浪澎湃。 锡安☛“锡安”：原文直译“锡安女子”。哪， 他们都骑马， 如上战场的人摆阵攻击你。”They shall lay hold on bow and spear; they are cruel, and have no mercy; their voice roareth like the sea; and they ride upon horses, set in array as men for war against thee, O daughter of Zion.
24我们听见这样的风声，手就发软； 痛苦将我们抓住， 疼痛仿佛临产的妇人。We have heard the fame thereof: our hands wax feeble: anguish hath taken hold of us, and pain, as of a woman in travail.
25你们不要出到田野去， 也不要行走在路上， 因四围有仇敌的刀剑和惊吓。Go not forth into the field, nor walk by the way; for the sword of the enemy and fear is on every side.
26我的百姓☛“我的百姓”：原文直译“我百姓的女儿”。啊，应当腰束麻布，滚在灰中。 要悲伤，如丧独子般痛痛哭号， 因为灭命的忽然临到我们。O daughter of my people, gird thee with sackcloth, and wallow thyself in ashes: make thee mourning, as for an only son, most bitter lamentation: for the spoiler shall suddenly come upon us.
27我使你作我百姓的测试者☛“测试者”或译“庇护所”。和考验者☛“考验者”：原文另译“堡垒”。， 使你知道并考验他们的行为。I have set thee for a tower and a fortress among my people, that thou mayest know and try their way.
28他们极其悖逆， 到处毁谤人， 他们是铜是铁， 全都败坏了。They are all grievous revolters, walking with slanders: they are brass and iron; they are all corrupters.
29风箱吹火，铅被烧毁， 炼而又炼，终是徒然， 因为恶劣的还未除掉。The bellows are burned, the lead is consumed of the fire; the founder melteth in vain: for the wicked are not plucked away.
30人必称他们为被抛弃的银子， 因为耶和华已经抛弃了他们。Reprobate silver shall men call them, because the LORD hath rejected them.
