公正的君王
看哪，必有一位君王凭公义执政， 必有王子藉公平掌权。Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in judgment.
2必有一人如避风港， 如暴风雨的藏身处； 如干旱地的溪流， 又如干燥地巨石的阴影。And a man shall be as an hiding place from the wind, and a covert from the tempest; as rivers of water in a dry place, as the shadow of a great rock in a weary land.
3看的人眼睛不再昏花， 听的人耳朵必留心听。And the eyes of them that see shall not be dim, and the ears of them that hear shall hearken.
4性急的人懂得分辨， 口吃的人说话流畅。The heart also of the rash shall understand knowledge, and the tongue of the stammerers shall be ready to speak plainly.
5愚顽人不再称为君子， 流氓不再称为绅士。The vile person shall be no more called liberal, nor the churl said to be bountiful.
6因为愚顽人必说愚妄的话， 他的心作恶☛“作恶”：死海古卷是“谋恶”。， 行亵渎的事， 传播恶言攻击耶和华， 使饥饿的人仍然饥饿， 口渴的人无水可喝。For the vile person will speak villany, and his heart will work iniquity, to practise hypocrisy, and to utter error against the LORD, to make empty the soul of the hungry, and he will cause the drink of the thirsty to fail.
7流氓的手段邪恶， 他图谋恶计， 用谎言毁灭困苦人； 贫穷人讲求公理时， 他也是如此行。The instruments also of the churl are evil: he deviseth wicked devices to destroy the poor with lying words, even when the needy speaketh right.
8君子却图谋高尚的事， 他必因高尚的事站立得稳。审判和复兴
But the liberal deviseth liberal things; and by liberal things shall he stand.
9安逸的妇女啊，起来听我的声音！ 无虑的女子啊，侧耳听我的言语！Rise up, ye women that are at ease; hear my voice, ye careless daughters; give ear unto my speech.
10无虑的女子啊，再过一年，你们必颤栗， 因为无葡萄可摘， 也无果实可收。Many days and years shall ye be troubled, ye careless women: for the vintage shall fail, the gathering shall not come.
11安逸的妇女啊，要战兢； 无虑的女子啊，要颤栗， 要脱去衣服，赤着身体， 腰束麻布。Tremble, ye women that are at ease; be troubled, ye careless ones: strip you, and make you bare, and gird sackcloth upon your loins.
12你们要为美好的田地 和多结果子的葡萄树捶胸哀哭。They shall lament for the teats, for the pleasant fields, for the fruitful vine.
13刺草和荆棘要长在我百姓的田地上， 长在欢乐城中一切快乐家园上。Upon the land of my people shall come up thorns and briers; yea, upon all the houses of joy in the joyous city:
14宫殿必被撇下， 繁华的城必被抛弃， 堡垒和瞭望楼永为洞穴， 成为野驴的乐土， 羊群的草场。Because the palaces shall be forsaken; the multitude of the city shall be left; the forts and towers shall be for dens for ever, a joy of wild asses, a pasture of flocks;
15等到圣灵从高处浇灌我们， 旷野将变为田园， 田园看似森林。Until the spirit be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness be a fruitful field, and the fruitful field be counted for a forest.
16公平要居住在旷野， 公义要安歇在田园。Then judgment shall dwell in the wilderness, and righteousness remain in the fruitful field.
17公义的果实是平安， 公义的效果是平静和安稳，直到永远。And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.
18我的百姓要住在平安的居所， 安稳的住处，宁静的安歇之地。And my people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation, and in sure dwellings, and in quiet resting places;
19虽有冰雹击倒树林， 城也夷为平地；When it shall hail, coming down on the forest; and the city shall be low in a low place.
20然而你们在水边撒种， 牧放牛驴的有福了！Blessed are ye that sow beside all waters, that send forth thither the feet of the ox and the ass.
