神使他的百姓得胜
当那日，在犹大地，人必唱这歌：
“我们有坚固的城， 耶和华赐救恩为城墙，为城郭。In that day shall this song be sung in the land of Judah; We have a strong city; salvation will God appoint for walls and bulwarks.
2你们要敞开城门， 使守信的公义之民得以进入。Open ye the gates, that the righteous nation which keepeth the truth may enter in.
3坚心倚赖你的，你必保守他十分平安， 因为他倚靠你。Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
4你们当倚靠耶和华，直到永远， 因为耶和华，耶和华是永远的磐石。Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:
5他使居住高处的与高处的城市一同降为卑下， 将城拆毁，夷为平地，化为尘土，For he bringeth down them that dwell on high; the lofty city, he layeth it low; he layeth it low, even to the ground; he bringeth it even to the dust.
6使它被脚践踏， 就是被困苦人和贫寒人的脚践踏。”The foot shall tread it down, even the feet of the poor, and the steps of the needy.
7义人的道是正直的， 正直的主啊，你修平义人的路。The way of the just is uprightness: thou, most upright, dost weigh the path of the just.
8耶和华啊，我们在你行审判的路上等候你☛“等候你”：死海古卷和一些古译本是“仰望”。， 我们心里所渴慕的，就是你的名和你的称号☛“称号”：原文是“纪念”。。Yea, in the way of thy judgments, O LORD, have we waited for thee; the desire of our soul is to thy name, and to the remembrance of thee.
9夜间，我的心渴想你， 我里面的灵切切寻求你。 因为你在地上行审判的时候， 世上的居民就学习公义。With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.
10恶人虽然领受恩惠， 仍未学到公义。 在正直之地，他行不义， 也不看耶和华的威严。Let favour be shewed to the wicked, yet will he not learn righteousness: in the land of uprightness will he deal unjustly, and will not behold the majesty of the LORD.
11耶和华啊，你的手高举，他们不观看； 愿他们观看你为百姓发的热心而羞愧， 愿火吞灭你的敌人。LORD, when thy hand is lifted up, they will not see: but they shall see, and be ashamed for their envy at the people; yea, the fire of thine enemies shall devour them.
12耶和华啊，你必赏赐我们平安， 因为我们所做的一切，都是你为我们成就的。LORD, thou wilt ordain peace for us: for thou also hast wrought all our works in us.
13耶和华－我们的神啊， 在你以外曾有别的主管辖我们， 但我们惟独称扬你的名。O LORD our God, other lords beside thee have had dominion over us: but by thee only will we make mention of thy name.
14死去的不能再复活， 阴魂不能再兴起； 你惩罚他们，使他们毁灭， 他们的名号☛“名号”：原文是“纪念”。就全然消灭。They are dead, they shall not live; they are deceased, they shall not rise: therefore hast thou visited and destroyed them, and made all their memory to perish.
15耶和华啊，你增添国民， 你增添国民，得了荣耀， 又拓展国土的疆界。Thou hast increased the nation, O LORD, thou hast increased the nation: thou art glorified: thou hadst removed it far unto all the ends of the earth.
16耶和华啊，他们在急难中寻求你。 你的管教临到他们身上时， 他们倾吐低声的祷告。☛本节有古卷是“耶和华啊，我们在急难中寻求你。你低声的管教倾倒在我们身上。”LORD, in trouble have they visited thee, they poured out a prayer when thy chastening was upon them.
17妇人怀孕，临产疼痛， 在痛苦之中喊叫； 耶和华啊，我们在你面前也是如此。Like as a woman with child, that draweth near the time of her delivery, is in pain, and crieth out in her pangs; so have we been in thy sight, O LORD.
18我们曾怀孕，曾疼痛， 所生产的竟像风一样， 并未带给地上任何拯救； 世上也未曾有居民生下来☛“并未...生下来”或译“并未带给地上任何胜利，也未曾打败世上的居民”。。We have been with child, we have been in pain, we have as it were brought forth wind; we have not wrought any deliverance in the earth; neither have the inhabitants of the world fallen.
19你的死人要复活， 我的尸首要起来。 睡在尘土里的啊，要醒起歌唱！☛“睡...歌唱！”死海古卷和七十士译本是“睡在尘土里的必醒起歌唱。” 你的甘露好像晨曦☛“晨曦”或译“菜蔬”。的甘露， 地要交出阴魂。审判和复兴
Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead.
20我的百姓啊，要进入内室， 关上你的门，躲避片刻， 等到愤怒过去。Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.
21因为，看哪，耶和华从他的居所出来， 要惩罚地上居民的罪孽。 地必露出其中的血， 不再掩盖被杀的人。For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.
