For Zion's sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not rest, until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation thereof as a lamp that burneth.
2列国要看见你的公义， 列王要看见你的荣耀。 你必得新的名字， 是耶和华亲口起的。And the Gentiles shall see thy righteousness, and all kings thy glory: and thou shalt be called by a new name, which the mouth of the LORD shall name.
3你在耶和华的手中成为华冠， 在你神的掌上成为冠冕。Thou shalt also be a crown of glory in the hand of the LORD, and a royal diadem in the hand of thy God.
4你不再称为“被撇弃的”， 你的地也不再称为“荒芜的”； 你要称为“我所喜悦的”， 你的地要称为“有归属的”。 因为耶和华喜悦你， 你的地必归属于他。Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzibah, and thy land Beulah: for the LORD delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married.
5年轻人怎样娶童女， 你的百姓也要照样娶你； 新郎怎样因新娘而喜乐， 你的神也要如此以你为乐。For as a young man marrieth a virgin, so shall thy sons marry thee: and as the bridegroom rejoiceth over the bride, so shall thy God rejoice over thee.
6耶路撒冷啊， 我在你城墙上设立守望者， 他们昼夜不停地呼喊。 呼求耶和华的啊，你们不要歇息，I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the LORD, keep not silence,
7也不要使他歇息， 直等他建立耶路撒冷， 使耶路撒冷在地上为人所赞美。And give him no rest, till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth.
8耶和华指着自己的右手和大能的膀臂起誓说： “我必不再将你的五谷给仇敌作食物， 外邦人也必不再喝你劳碌得来的新酒。The LORD hath sworn by his right hand, and by the arm of his strength, Surely I will no more give thy corn to be meat for thine enemies; and the sons of the stranger shall not drink thy wine, for the which thou hast laboured:
9惟有那收割的要吃，并赞美耶和华； 那储藏葡萄的要在我圣所院内喝。”But they that have gathered it shall eat it, and praise the LORD; and they that have brought it together shall drink it in the courts of my holiness.
10你们当从门经过，经过， 预备百姓的路。 你们要修筑，修筑大道， 清除石头， 为万民竖立大旗。Go through, go through the gates; prepare ye the way of the people; cast up, cast up the highway; gather out the stones; lift up a standard for the people.
11看哪，耶和华曾宣告到地极， 你们要对锡安☛“锡安”：原文直译“锡安女子”。说： “看哪，你的拯救者已来到。 看哪，他的赏赐在他那里， 他的报偿在他面前。”Behold, the LORD hath proclaimed unto the end of the world, Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him.
12人称他们为“圣民”，为“耶和华救赎的民”， 你也必称为“受眷顾的”，为“不被撇弃的城”。And they shall call them, The holy people, The redeemed of the LORD: and thou shalt be called, Sought out, A city not forsaken.
