神的子民将遍及各国
耶和华如此说： “你们当守公平，行公义； 因我的救恩临近， 我的公义将要显现。Thus saith the LORD, Keep ye judgment, and do justice: for my salvation is near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed.
2谨守安息日不予干犯， 禁止己手不作恶， 如此行、如此持守的人有福了！”Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that layeth hold on it; that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and keepeth his hand from doing any evil.
3与耶和华联合的外邦人不要说： “耶和华将我和他的子民分别出来。” 太监也不要说：“看哪，我是枯树。”Neither let the son of the stranger, that hath joined himself to the LORD, speak, saying, The LORD hath utterly separated me from his people: neither let the eunuch say, Behold, I am a dry tree.
4因为耶和华如此说： “那些谨守我的安息日， 选择我旨意， 持守我约的太监，For thus saith the LORD unto the eunuchs that keep my sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and take hold of my covenant;
5我必使他们在我殿中，在我墙内， 有纪念碑，有名号， 胜过有儿有女； 我必赐他们永远的名，不能剪除。Even unto them will I give in mine house and within my walls a place and a name better than of sons and of daughters: I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.
6“那些与耶和华联合， 事奉他，爱他名， 作他仆人的外邦人， 凡谨守安息日不予干犯， 又持守我约的人，Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to the LORD, to serve him, and to love the name of the LORD, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant;
7我必领他们到我的圣山， 使他们在我的祷告的殿中喜乐。 他们的燔祭和祭物， 在我坛上必蒙悦纳， 因我的殿必称为万民祷告的殿。Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people.
8我还要召集更多的人 归并到这些被召集的人中。 这是召集被赶散的以色列人的 主耶和华说的。”以色列的领袖被定罪
The Lord GOD, which gathereth the outcasts of Israel saith, Yet will I gather others to him, beside those that are gathered unto him.
9野地的走兽，你们都来吞吃吧！ 林中的野兽，你们也来吞吃！All ye beasts of the field, come to devour, yea, all ye beasts in the forest.
10以色列的守望者都瞎了眼， 没有知识； 都是哑狗，不会吠叫， 只知做梦，躺卧，贪睡，His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber.
11这些狗贪食，不知饱足。 这些牧人不知明辨， 他们都偏行己路， 人人追求自己的利益。Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter.
12他们说：“来吧！我去拿酒， 让我们畅饮烈酒吧！ 明天必和今天一样， 甚至更好！”Come ye, say they, I will fetch wine, and we will fill ourselves with strong drink; and to morrow shall be as this day, and much more abundant.
