困苦人發昏的時候，在耶和華面前傾吐苦情的禱告。遭難中的祈禱
耶和華啊，求你聽我的禱告，
願我的呼求達到你面前！ Hear my prayer, O LORD, and let my cry come unto thee.
2我急难的日子，求你不要转脸不顾我！ 我呼求的日子，求你向我侧耳，快快应允我！Hide not thy face from me in the day when I am in trouble; incline thine ear unto me: in the day when I call answer me speedily.
3因为我的年日在烟中消失☛“在烟中消失”：有古卷、七十士译本和其他古译本是“如烟消灭”。， 我的骨头如火把烧着。For my days are consumed like smoke, and my bones are burned as an hearth.
4我的心如草被踩碎而枯干， 甚至我忘记吃饭。My heart is smitten, and withered like grass; so that I forget to eat my bread.
5因我叹息的声音， 我的肉紧贴骨头。By reason of the voice of my groaning my bones cleave to my skin.
6我如同旷野的鹈鹕， 好像荒地的猫头鹰。I am like a pelican of the wilderness: I am like an owl of the desert.
7我清醒难以入眠， 如同房顶上孤单的麻雀。I watch, and am as a sparrow alone upon the house top.
8我的仇敌整日辱骂我， 向我叫号的人指着我赌咒。Mine enemies reproach me all the day; and they that are mad against me are sworn against me.
9我吃灰烬如同吃饭， 我喝的有眼泪搀杂。For I have eaten ashes like bread, and mingled my drink with weeping,
10这都因你的恼恨和愤怒， 你把我举起，又把我摔下。Because of thine indignation and thy wrath: for thou hast lifted me up, and cast me down.
11我的年日如夕阳， 我也如草枯干。My days are like a shadow that declineth; and I am withered like grass.
12惟你－耶和华必永远坐在宝座上， 你的名☛“名”：原文是“纪念”。存到万代。But thou, O LORD, shalt endure for ever; and thy remembrance unto all generations.
13你必起来怜悯锡安； 因现在是可怜它的时候， 因所定的日期已经到了。Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.
14你的仆人们喜爱锡安的石头， 怜悯它的尘土。For thy servants take pleasure in her stones, and favour the dust thereof.
15列国要敬畏耶和华的名， 地上众王都要敬畏你的荣耀。So the heathen shall fear the name of the LORD, and all the kings of the earth thy glory.
16因为耶和华建造了锡安， 在他的荣耀里显现。When the LORD shall build up Zion, he shall appear in his glory.
17他垂听穷乏人的祷告， 不藐视他们的祈求。He will regard the prayer of the destitute, and not despise their prayer.
18这必为后代的人记下， 将来受造的百姓要赞美耶和华。This shall be written for the generation to come: and the people which shall be created shall praise the LORD.
19因为他从至高的圣所垂看； 耶和华从天向地观看，For he hath looked down from the height of his sanctuary; from heaven did the LORD behold the earth;
20要垂听被囚之人的叹息， 要释放将死的人，To hear the groaning of the prisoner; to loose those that are appointed to death;
21使人在锡安传扬耶和华的名， 在耶路撒冷传扬赞美他的话，To declare the name of the LORD in Zion, and his praise in Jerusalem;
22就是在万民和列国 聚集事奉耶和华的时候。When the people are gathered together, and the kingdoms, to serve the LORD.
23他使我的力量半途衰弱， 使我的年日短少。He weakened my strength in the way; he shortened my days.
24我说：“我的神啊， 不要使我中年去世。 你的年数世世无穷！”I said, O my God, take me not away in the midst of my days: thy years are throughout all generations.
25你起初立了地的根基， 天也是你手所造的。Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands.
26天地都会消灭，你却长存； 天地都会像外衣渐渐旧了。 你要将天地如内衣更换， 天地就都改变了。They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed:
27惟有你永不改变， 你的年数没有穷尽。But thou art the same, and thy years shall have no end.
28你仆人的子孙要安然居住， 他们的后裔要坚立在你面前。The children of thy servants shall continue, and their seed shall be established before thee.
