在猶大，神為人所認識；
在以色列，他的名為大。 In Judah is God known: his name is great in Israel.
2在撒冷有他的住处， 在锡安有他的居所。In Salem also is his tabernacle, and his dwelling place in Zion.
3他在那里折断弓上的火箭、 盾牌、刀剑和战争的兵器。（细拉）There brake he the arrows of the bow, the shield, and the sword, and the battle. Selah.
4你是光荣的， 比猎物☛“猎物”：七十士译本是“永恒”。之山更威严。Thou art more glorious and excellent than the mountains of prey.
5心中勇敢的人都被掠夺； 他们睡了长觉，没有一个英雄能措手。The stouthearted are spoiled, they have slept their sleep: and none of the men of might have found their hands.
6雅各的神啊，你的斥责一发， 战车和战马都沉睡了。At thy rebuke, O God of Jacob, both the chariot and horse are cast into a dead sleep.
7你，惟独你是可畏的！ 你的怒气一发，谁能在你面前站得住呢？Thou, even thou, art to be feared: and who may stand in thy sight when once thou art angry?
8你从天上使人听判断。 神起来施行审判， 要救地上所有困苦的人； 那时地就惧怕而静默。（细拉）Thou didst cause judgment to be heard from heaven; the earth feared, and was still,
9人的愤怒终必称谢你， 你要以人的余怒束腰。When God arose to judgment, to save all the meek of the earth. Selah.
10你们当向耶和华－你们的神许愿，还愿； 在他四围的人都当拿贡物献给那可畏的主。Surely the wrath of man shall praise thee: the remainder of wrath shalt thou restrain.
11他要挫折王子的骄气， 向地上的君王显为可畏。Vow, and pay unto the LORD your God: let all that be round about him bring presents unto him that ought to be feared.
