赞美神的全能
哈利路亚！ 歌颂我们的神是美善的， 因为他是美好的，赞美他是合宜的。Praise ye the LORD: for it is good to sing praises unto our God; for it is pleasant; and praise is comely.
2耶和华建造耶路撒冷， 聚集以色列中被赶散的人。The LORD doth build up Jerusalem: he gathereth together the outcasts of Israel.
3他医好伤心的人， 包扎他们的伤处。He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.
4他数点星宿的数目， 一一称它们的名。He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by their names.
5我们的主本为大，大有能力， 他的智慧无法测度。Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite.
6耶和华扶持谦卑的人， 将恶人倾覆于地。The LORD lifteth up the meek: he casteth the wicked down to the ground.
7你们要以感谢向耶和华歌唱， 用琴向我们的神歌颂。Sing unto the LORD with thanksgiving; sing praise upon the harp unto our God:
8他用密云遮天，为地预备雨水， 使草生长在山上。Who covereth the heaven with clouds, who prepareth rain for the earth, who maketh grass to grow upon the mountains.
9他赐食物给走兽 和啼叫的小乌鸦。He giveth to the beast his food, and to the young ravens which cry.
10他不喜悦马的力大， 不喜爱人的腿快。He delighteth not in the strength of the horse: he taketh not pleasure in the legs of a man.
11耶和华喜爱敬畏他 和盼望他慈爱的人。The LORD taketh pleasure in them that fear him, in those that hope in his mercy.
12耶路撒冷啊，要颂赞耶和华！ 锡安哪，要赞美你的神！Praise the LORD, O Jerusalem; praise thy God, O Zion.
13因为他坚固了你的门闩， 赐福给你中间的儿女。For he hath strengthened the bars of thy gates; he hath blessed thy children within thee.
14他使你境内平安， 用上好的麦子使你满足。He maketh peace in thy borders, and filleth thee with the finest of the wheat.
15他向大地发出命令， 他的话速速颁行。He sendeth forth his commandment upon earth: his word runneth very swiftly.
16他降雪如羊毛， 撒霜如灰烬。He giveth snow like wool: he scattereth the hoarfrost like ashes.
17他掷下冰雹如碎渣， 他发出寒冷，谁能当得起呢？He casteth forth his ice like morsels: who can stand before his cold?
18他一出令，这些就都融化， 他使风刮起，水便流动。He sendeth out his word, and melteth them: he causeth his wind to blow, and the waters flow.
19他将他的道指示雅各， 将他的律例典章指示以色列。He sheweth his word unto Jacob, his statutes and his judgments unto Israel.
20他未曾这样对待别国， 至于他的典章，他们向来都不知道☛“他们向来都不知道”：有古译本是“他没有让他们知道”。。 哈利路亚！He hath not dealt so with any nation: and as for his judgments, they have not known them. Praise ye the LORD.
