造化主颂
我的心哪，你要称颂耶和华！ 耶和华－我的神啊，你为至大！ 你以尊荣威严为衣，Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty.
2披上亮光，如披外袍， 铺张穹苍，如铺幔子，Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:
3在水中立楼阁的栋梁， 用云彩为车辇， 藉着风的翅膀而行，Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind:
4以风为使者， 以火焰为仆役，Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire:
5将地立在根基上， 使地永不动摇。Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever.
6你用深水遮盖地面，犹如衣裳； 诸水高过山岭。Thou coveredst it with the deep as with a garment: the waters stood above the mountains.
7你的斥责一发，水就奔逃； 你的雷声一发，水就奔流。At thy rebuke they fled; at the voice of thy thunder they hasted away.
8诸山上升，诸谷下沉， 归你为它所立定之地。They go up by the mountains; they go down by the valleys unto the place which thou hast founded for them.
9你定了界限，使水不能超越， 不再转回淹没大地。Thou hast set a bound that they may not pass over; that they turn not again to cover the earth.
10耶和华使泉源涌在山谷， 流在山间，He sendeth the springs into the valleys, which run among the hills.
11使野地的走兽有水喝， 野驴得解其渴。They give drink to every beast of the field: the wild asses quench their thirst.
12天上的飞鸟在水旁住宿， 在枝干间啼叫。By them shall the fowls of the heaven have their habitation, which sing among the branches.
13他从楼阁中浇灌山岭； 因他作为的功效，地就丰足。He watereth the hills from his chambers: the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works.
14他使草生长，给牲畜吃， 使菜蔬生长，供给人用☛“使菜蔬...用”或译“使人耕种而长菜蔬”。， 使人从地里得食物，He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth;
15得酒能悦人心， 得油能润人面， 得粮能养人心。And wine that maketh glad the heart of man, and oil to make his face to shine, and bread which strengtheneth man's heart.
16佳美的树木， 就是耶和华所栽种的黎巴嫩的香柏树， 都满了汁浆。The trees of the LORD are full of sap; the cedars of Lebanon, which he hath planted;
17雀鸟在其上搭窝， 鹳以松树☛“松树”：原文另译“树顶”。为家。Where the birds make their nests: as for the stork, the fir trees are her house.
18高山为野山羊的居所， 岩石为石獾的藏身处。The high hills are a refuge for the wild goats; and the rocks for the conies.
19你安置月亮以定季节， 太阳自知沉落。He appointed the moon for seasons: the sun knoweth his going down.
20你造黑暗为夜， 林中的百兽就都爬出来。Thou makest darkness, and it is night: wherein all the beasts of the forest do creep forth.
21少壮狮子吼叫觅食， 向神寻求食物。The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their meat from God.
22太阳一出，兽就躲避， 躺卧在洞里。The sun ariseth, they gather themselves together, and lay them down in their dens.
23人出去做工， 劳碌直到晚上。Man goeth forth unto his work and to his labour until the evening.
24耶和华啊，你所造的何其多！ 都是你用智慧造成的， 全地遍满了你所造之物。O LORD, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.
25那里有海，又大又广， 其中有无数的动物， 大小活物都有。So is this great and wide sea, wherein are things creeping innumerable, both small and great beasts.
26那里有船行走， 有你所造的力威亚探☛“力威亚探”是音译，一种海兽。悠游在其中。There go the ships: there is that leviathan, whom thou hast made to play therein.
27这些都仰望你按时给它们食物。These wait all upon thee; that thou mayest give them their meat in due season.
28你给它们，它们就拾起来； 你张手，它们就饱得美食。That thou givest them they gather: thou openest thine hand, they are filled with good.
29你转脸，它们就惊惶； 你收回它们的气，它们就死亡，归于尘土。Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled: thou takest away their breath, they die, and return to their dust.
30你差遣你的灵，它们就受造； 你使地面更换为新。Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth.
31愿耶和华的荣耀存到永远！ 愿耶和华喜爱自己所造的！The glory of the LORD shall endure for ever: the LORD shall rejoice in his works.
32他看地，地便震动； 他摸山，山就冒烟。He looketh on the earth, and it trembleth: he toucheth the hills, and they smoke.
33我一生要向耶和华唱诗！ 我还活的时候，要向我的神歌颂！I will sing unto the LORD as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.
34愿他悦纳我的默念！ 我要因耶和华欢喜！My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the LORD.
35愿罪人从世上消灭！ 愿恶人归于无有！ 我的心哪，你要称颂耶和华！ 哈利路亚☛“哈利路亚”意思是“你们要赞美耶和华”；下同。！Let the sinners be consumed out of the earth, and let the wicked be no more. Bless thou the LORD, O my soul. Praise ye the LORD.
