亞薩的詩。求主解救國家
神啊，外邦人侵犯你的產業，
玷污你的聖殿，使耶路撒冷變成廢墟， O God, the heathen are come into thine inheritance; thy holy temple have they defiled; they have laid Jerusalem on heaps.
2将你仆人的尸首交给天空的飞鸟为食， 把你圣民的肉交给地上的走兽，The dead bodies of thy servants have they given to be meat unto the fowls of the heaven, the flesh of thy saints unto the beasts of the earth.
3耶路撒冷的周围流出他们的血如水， 无人埋葬。Their blood have they shed like water round about Jerusalem; and there was none to bury them.
4我们成为邻国羞辱的对象， 被四围的人嗤笑讥刺。We are become a reproach to our neighbours, a scorn and derision to them that are round about us.
5耶和华啊，你发怒要到几时呢？ 要到永远吗？ 你的忌恨要如火焚烧吗？How long, LORD? wilt thou be angry for ever? shall thy jealousy burn like fire?
6求你将你的愤怒倾倒在那不认识你的万邦 和那不求告你名的国度。Pour out thy wrath upon the heathen that have not known thee, and upon the kingdoms that have not called upon thy name.
7因为他们吞了雅各， 将他的住处变为废墟。For they have devoured Jacob, and laid waste his dwelling place.
8求你不要记得我们先前世代的罪孽； 愿你的怜悯速速临到我们， 因为我们落到极卑微的地步。O remember not against us former iniquities: let thy tender mercies speedily prevent us: for we are brought very low.
9拯救我们的神啊，求你因你名的荣耀帮助我们！ 为你名的缘故搭救我们，赦免我们的罪。Help us, O God of our salvation, for the glory of thy name: and deliver us, and purge away our sins, for thy name's sake.
10为何让列国说“他们的神在哪里”呢？ 求你让列国知道， 你在我们眼前伸你仆人流血的冤。Wherefore should the heathen say, Where is their God? let him be known among the heathen in our sight by the revenging of the blood of thy servants which is shed.
11愿被囚之人的叹息达到你面前， 求你以强大的膀臂存留那些将死的人。Let the sighing of the prisoner come before thee; according to the greatness of thy power preserve thou those that are appointed to die;
12主啊，求你将我们邻邦所加给你的羞辱 七倍归到他们身上。And render unto our neighbours sevenfold into their bosom their reproach, wherewith they have reproached thee, O Lord.
13这样，你的子民，你草场的羊， 要称谢你，直到永远； 要述说赞美你的话，直到万代。So we thy people and sheep of thy pasture will give thee thanks for ever: we will shew forth thy praise to all generations.
