引言和问候
耶稣基督的启示，就是神赐给他，要他将必须快要发生的事指示他的众仆人。他差遣使者指明给他的仆人约翰，
The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:
2约翰就将神的道和耶稣基督的见证，凡自己所看见的，都见证出来。Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw.
3诵读这书上预言的，和那些听见又遵守其中所记载的，都是有福的，因为时候近了。Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.
4约翰写信给亚细亚的七个教会。愿那位今在、昔在、以后永在的神，与他宝座前的七灵，和那忠信的见证者、从死人中复活的首生者☛“首生者”或译“长子”。、世上君王的元首耶稣基督，赐恩惠和平安☛“平安”或译“和平”。给你们。他爱我们，用自己的血使我们从罪中得释放 ☛“得释放”：有古卷是“洗去”。，
John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne;
6又使我们成为国度，作他父神的祭司。愿荣耀、权能归给他，直到永永远远☛有古卷是“直到永远”。。阿们！And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
7“看哪，他驾云降临； 众目都要看见他， 连刺他的人也要看见他； 地上的万族要因他哀哭。”这是真实的。阿们！Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.
8主神说：“我是阿拉法，我是俄梅戛 ☛“阿拉法”、“俄梅戛”是希腊文首末的二个字母；21．6，22．13同。，是今在、昔在、以后永在的全能者。”基督向约翰显现
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.
9我—约翰就是你们的弟兄，在耶稣里和你们一同在患难、国度、忍耐里有份的，为神的道，并为给耶稣作的见证，曾在那名叫拔摩的海岛上。I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.
10有一主日我被圣灵感动，听见在我后面有大声音如吹号，I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,
11说：“把你所看见的写在书上，寄给以弗所、士每拿、别迦摩、推雅推喇、撒狄、非拉铁非、老底嘉那七个教会。”Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.
12我转过身来要看看是谁的声音在跟我说话。我一转过来，看见了七个金灯台；And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks;
13在灯台中间有一位好像人子的，身穿垂到脚的长袍，胸间束着金带。And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.
14他的头与发皆白，如白羊毛，如雪；他的眼睛好像火焰，His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire;
15双脚好像在炉中锻鍊得发亮的铜，声音好像众水的声音。And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.
16他右手拿着七颗星，从他口中吐出一把两刃的利剑，面貌好像烈日放光。And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.
17我看见了他，就仆倒在他脚前，像死人一样。他用右手按着我说：“不要怕。我是首先的，是末后的，And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:
18又是永活的。我曾死过，看哪，我是活着的，直到永永远远；并且我拿着死亡和阴间的钥匙。I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.
19所以，你要把所看见的事、现在的事和以后将发生的事，都写下来。Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter;
20至于你所看见、在我右手中的七颗星和那七个金灯台的奥秘就是：七颗星是七个教会的使者，七个灯台是七个教会。”The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches.
给以弗所教会的信
“你要写信给以弗所教会的使者，说：‘那右手拿着七颗星，在七个金灯台中间行走的这样说：
Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks;
2我知道你的行为、劳碌、忍耐，也知道你不容忍恶人。你也曾察验那自称为使徒却不是使徒的，看出他们是假的。I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:
3你能忍耐，曾为我的名劳苦而不困倦。And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.
4然而，有一件事我要责备你，就是你把起初的爱心抛弃了。Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.
5所以你要回想你是从哪里坠落的，并且要悔改，做起初所做的工作。你若不悔改，我要到你那里去，把你的灯台从原处挪去。Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.
6然而你还有一件可取的事，就是你恨恶尼哥拉派的行为，这种行为也是我所恨恶的。But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitanes, which I also hate.
7凡有耳朵的都应当听圣灵向众教会所说的话。得胜的，我必将神乐园中生命树的果子赐给他吃。’”给士每拿教会的信
He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.
8“你要写信给士每拿教会的使者，说：‘那首先的、末后的，死过又活了的这样说：And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive;
9我知道你的患难和贫穷—其实你却是富足的，也知道那自称是犹太人的所说毁谤的话，其实他们不是犹太人，而是撒但会堂的人。I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.
10你将要受的苦，你不用怕。看哪！魔鬼要把你们中间几个人下在监里，使你们受考验，你们要遭受苦难十日。你务要至死忠心，我就赐给你那生命的冠冕。Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.
11凡有耳朵的都应当听圣灵向众教会所说的话。得胜的必不受第二次死的害。’”给别迦摩教会的信
He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.
12“你要写信给别迦摩教会的使者，说：‘那有两刃利剑的这样说：And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write; These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges;
13我知道你的居所，就是有撒但座位之处；当我忠心的见证人安提帕在你们中间，在撒但所住的地方被杀之时，你还坚守我的名，没有否认对我的信仰。I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.
14然而，有几件事我要责备你，就是在你那里有人服从了巴兰的教训；这巴兰曾教唆巴勒将绊脚石放在以色列人面前，使他们吃祭过偶像之物，并且犯淫乱。But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.
15同样，你那里也有人服从了尼哥拉派的教训。So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitanes, which thing I hate.
16所以，你当悔改；若不悔改，我很快就到你那里来，用我口中的剑攻击他们。Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.
17凡有耳朵的都应当听圣灵向众教会所说的话。得胜的，我必将那隐藏的吗哪赐给他，并赐他一块白石，石上写着新的名字，除了那领受的以外，没有人认识。’”给推雅推喇教会的信
He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.
18“你要写信给推雅推喇教会的使者，说：‘神的儿子，那位眼睛如火焰、双脚像发亮的铜的这样说：And unto the angel of the church in Thyatira write; These things saith the Son of God, who hath his eyes like unto a flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass;
19我知道你的行为：爱心、信心、勤劳、忍耐；又知道你末后所行的善事比起初所行的更多。I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first.
20然而，有一件事我要责备你，就是你容忍那自称是先知的妇人耶洗别教唆我的仆人，引诱他们犯淫乱，吃祭过偶像之物。Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.
21我曾给她悔改的机会，她却不肯悔改她的淫行。And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.
22看吧，我要使她病倒在床上。那些与她犯奸淫的人若不悔改他们的行为，我也要使他们同受大患难。Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.
23我又要杀死她的儿女，众教会就知道，我是那察看人肺腑心肠的，我要照你们的行为报应各人。And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.
24至于你们其余的推雅推喇人，就是一切不随从这教训，不明白他们所谓撒但深奥之理的人，我告诉你们，我不会再把别的担子放在你们身上。But unto you I say, and unto the rest in Thyatira, as many as have not this doctrine, and which have not known the depths of Satan, as they speak; I will put upon you none other burden.
25你们只要持守那已经有的，直到我来。But that which ye have already hold fast till I come.
26那得胜又遵守我命令到底的， 我要赐给他权柄制伏列国；And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:
27他必用铁杖管辖他们， 如同打碎陶器，And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.
28像我也从我父领受了权柄一样。我又要把晨星赐给他。And I will give him the morning star.
29凡有耳朵的都应当听圣灵向众教会所说的话。’”He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
给撒狄教会的信
“你要写信给撒狄教会的使者，说：‘那有神的七灵和七颗星的这样说：我知道你的行为，就是名义上你是活的，实际上你是死的。
And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead.
2你要警醒，坚固那些剩下、快要死的，因为我发现你的行为，在我神面前没有一样是完全的。Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God.
3所以，要记得你所领受和听见的；要遵守，并要悔改。你若不警醒，我必如贼一样来到；我几时来到你那里，你绝不会知道。Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.
4然而，在撒狄你还有几位是未曾污秽自己衣服的，他们会穿白衣与我同行，因为他们是配穿的。Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy.
5得胜的必这样穿白衣，我也不从生命册上涂去他的名；我要在我父面前，和我父的众使者面前，宣认他的名。He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
6凡有耳朵的都应当听圣灵向众教会所说的话。’”给非拉铁非教会的信
He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
7“你要写信给非拉铁非教会的使者，说： ‘那神圣、真实的， 拿着大卫的钥匙， 开了就没有人能关， 关了就没有人能开的这样说：And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;
8我知道你的行为。看哪，我在你面前给你一个敞开的门，是没有人能关的。我知道你有一点力量，也遵守我的道，没有否认我的名。I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.
9那属撒但会堂的，自称是犹太人，其实不是犹太人，而是说谎话的，我要使他们来到你脚前下拜，使他们知道我已经爱你了。Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.
10因为你遵守了我坚忍的道，我也必在普天下人受试炼的时候保守你免受试炼。Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.
11我必快来，你要持守你所有的，免得人夺去你的冠冕。Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.
12得胜的，我要使他在我神的殿中作柱子，他必不再从那里出去。我又要把我神的名和我神城的名—从天上我神那里降下来的新耶路撒冷，和我的新名，都写在他上面。Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.
13凡有耳朵的都应当听圣灵向众教会所说的话。’”给老底嘉教会的信
He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
14“你要写信给老底嘉教会的使者，说：‘那位阿们、诚信真实的见证者、神创造的根源这样说：And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;
15我知道你的行为，你也不冷也不热；我巴不得你或冷或热。I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
16既然你如温水，也不冷也不热，我要从我口中把你吐出去。So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
17你说：我是富足的，已经发了财，一样都不缺，却不知道你是困苦、可怜、贫穷、瞎眼、赤身的。Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
18我劝你向我买从火中锻鍊出来的金子，使你富足；又买白衣穿上，使你赤身的羞耻不露出来；又买眼药抹你的眼睛，使你能看见。I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.
19凡我所疼爱的，我就责备管教。所以，你要发热心，也要悔改。As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.
20看哪，我站在门外叩门，若有听见我声音而开门的，我要进到他那里去，我与他，他与我一起吃饭。Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
21得胜的，我要赐他在我宝座上与我同坐，就如我得了胜，在我父的宝座上与他同坐一般。To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.
22凡有耳朵的都应当听圣灵向众教会所说的话。’”He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
天上的敬拜
这些事以后，我观看，看见天上有一道门开着。我头一次听见的那好像吹号的声音对我说：“你上这里来，我要把此后必须发生的事指示你。”
After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.
2我立刻被圣灵感动，见有一个宝座安置在天上，有一位坐在宝座上。And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.
3那坐着的，看来好像碧玉和红宝石；又有彩虹围着宝座，光彩好像绿宝石。And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.
4宝座的周围又有二十四个座位，上面坐着二十四位长老，身穿白衣，头上戴着金冠冕。And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.
5有闪电、声音、雷轰从宝座中发出。在宝座前点着七支火炬，就是神的七灵。And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.
6宝座前有一个如同水晶的玻璃海。宝座的周围，四边有四个活物，遍体前后都长满了眼睛。
And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind.
7第一个活物像狮子，第二个像牛犊，第三个的脸像人脸，第四个像飞鹰。And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.
8四个活物各有六个翅膀，遍体内外都长满了眼睛。他们昼夜不住地说： “圣哉！圣哉！圣哉！ 主—全能的神； 昔在、今在、以后永在！”And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, LORD God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.
9每逢四活物将荣耀、尊贵、感谢归给那坐在宝座上、活到永永远远者的时候，And when those beasts give glory and honour and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever,
10二十四位长老就俯伏敬拜坐在宝座上活到永永远远的那一位，又把他们的冠冕放在宝座前，说：The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying,
11“我们的主，我们的神， 你配得荣耀、尊贵、权柄， 因为你创造了万物， 万物因你的旨意被创造而存在。”Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.
书卷和羔羊
我看见坐在宝座那位的右手中有书卷，正反面都写着字，用七个印密封着。
And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.
2我又看见一位大力的天使大声宣告说：“有谁配展开那书卷，揭开那七个印呢？”And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?
3在天上、地上、地底下，没有人能展开、能阅览那书卷。And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.
4因为没有人配展开、阅览那书卷，我就大哭。And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.
5长老中有一位对我说：“不要哭。看哪，犹大支派中的狮子，大卫的根，他已得胜，能展开那书卷，揭开那七个印。”And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.
6我又看见宝座和四个活物，以及长老之中有羔羊站着，像是被杀的，有七个角七只眼睛，就是神的七☛有古卷没有“七”。灵，奉差遣往普天下去的。And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.
7这羔羊前来，从坐在宝座上那位的右手中拿了书卷。And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.
8他一拿了书卷，四活物和二十四位长老就俯伏在羔羊面前，各拿着琴和盛满了香的金炉；这香就是众圣徒的祈祷。And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.
9他们唱新歌，说： “你配拿书卷， 配揭开它的七印； 因为你曾被杀，用自己的血 从各支派、各语言、各民族、各邦国中买了人来，使他们归于神，And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
10又使他们成为国民和祭司，归于我们的神； 他们将在地上执掌王权。”And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.
11我又观看，我听见宝座和活物及长老的周围有许多天使的声音；他们的数目有千千万万，And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;
12大声说： “被杀的羔羊配得 权能、丰富、智慧、力量、 尊贵、荣耀、颂赞。”Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.
13我又听见在天上、地上、地底下、沧海里和天地间一切所有被造之物，都说： “愿颂赞、尊贵、荣耀、权势， 都归给坐在宝座上的那位和羔羊， 直到永永远远！”And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.
14四活物就说：“阿们！”众长老也俯伏敬拜。And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever.
揭开密封的印
我看见羔羊揭开七个印中第一个印的时候，听见四活物中的一个活物，声音如雷，说：“你来！”
And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.
2我就观看，看见一匹白马，骑在马上的拿着弓，并有冠冕赐给他。他出来征服，胜而又胜。And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.
3羔羊揭开第二个印的时候，我听见第二个活物说：“你来！”And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see.
4就另有一匹马出来，是红色的；有权柄赐给了那骑马的，要从地上夺去太平，使人彼此相杀；他又接受了一把大刀。And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.
5羔羊揭开第三个印的时候，我听见第三个活物说：“你来！”我就观看，看见一匹黑马；骑在马上的，手里拿着天平。And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand.
6我听见在四个活物中似乎有声音说：“一个银币买一升麦子，一个银币买三升大麦；油和酒不可糟蹋。”And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.
7羔羊揭开第四个印的时候，我听见第四个活物说：“你来！”And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.
8我就观看，看见一匹灰色马；骑在马上的，名字叫作“死”，阴间也随着他；有权柄赐给他们，可以用刀剑、饥荒、瘟疫、野兽，杀害地上四分之一的人。And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.
9羔羊揭开第五个印的时候，我看见在祭坛底下有曾为神的道，并为作见证而被杀的人的灵魂，And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:
10大声喊着说：“神圣真实的主宰啊，你不审判住在地上的人，为我们所流的血伸冤，要到几时呢？”And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?
11于是有白袍赐给他们各人；又有话吩咐他们还要歇息片刻，等到与他们同作仆人的，和他们的弟兄，像他们一样被杀的人的数目凑足的时候。And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.
12羔羊揭开第六个印的时候，我看见地大震动，太阳变黑像粗麻布，整个月亮变红像血，And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;
13天上的星辰坠落在地上，如同无花果树被大风摇动，落下未熟的果子一样。And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.
14天就裂开，好像书卷被卷起来；山岭海岛都被移动离开原位。And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.
15地上的君王、臣宰、将军、富户、壮士，和一切为奴的、自主的，都藏在山洞和岩石穴里，And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;
16向山和岩石说：“倒在我们身上吧！把我们藏起来，躲避坐宝座者的脸面和羔羊的愤怒；And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:
17因为他们遭愤怒的大日子到了，谁能站得住呢？”For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?
十四万四千以色列人受印
此后，我看见四位天使站在地的四角，执掌地上四方的风，使风不吹在地上、海上和各种树上。
And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.
2我又看见另有一位天使从日出之地上来，拿着永生神的印。他向那得到权柄能伤害地和海的四位天使大声喊着，And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,
3说：“你们不可伤害地、海和树林，等我们在我们神众仆人的额上盖了印。”Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.
4我听见以色列人各支派中受印的数目有十四万四千；And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.
5犹大支派中受印的有一万二千； 吕便支派中有一万二千； 迦得支派中有一万二千；Of the tribe of Juda were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand.
6亚设支派中有一万二千； 拿弗他利支派中有一万二千； 玛拿西支派中有一万二千；Of the tribe of Aser were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Nephthalim were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Manasses were sealed twelve thousand.
7西缅支派中有一万二千； 利未支派中有一万二千； 以萨迦支派中有一万二千；Of the tribe of Simeon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Levi were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Issachar were sealed twelve thousand.
8西布伦支派中有一万二千； 约瑟支派中有一万二千； 便雅悯支派中受印的有一万二千。无数的人从各国而来
Of the tribe of Zabulon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Joseph were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Benjamin were sealed twelve thousand.
9此后，我观看，看见有许多人，没有人能计算，是从各邦国、各支派、各民族、各语言来的，站在宝座和羔羊面前，身穿白衣，手拿棕树枝，After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;
10大声喊着说： “愿救恩归于坐在宝座上我们的神， 也归于羔羊！”And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.
11众天使都站在宝座和众长老，以及四个活物的周围，俯伏在宝座前，敬拜神，And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God,
12说： “阿们！颂赞、荣耀、智慧、 感谢、尊贵、权能、 力量都归于我们的神， 直到永永远远。阿们！”Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.
13长老中有一位回应我说：“这些穿白衣的是谁？是从哪里来的？”And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they?
14我对他说：“我主啊，你是知道的。”他向我说：“这些人是从大患难中出来的，他们曾用羔羊的血把衣裳洗得洁白。And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
15所以，他们在神宝座前， 昼夜在他殿中事奉他； 那坐在宝座上的要用帐幕覆庇他们。Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them.
16他们不再饥，不再渴； 太阳必不伤害他们， 任何炎热也不伤害他们，They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat.
17因为宝座中的羔羊必牧养他们， 领他们到生命水的泉源； 神必擦去他们一切的眼泪。”For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.
第七个印和金香炉
羔羊揭开第七个印的时候，天上寂静约有半小时。
And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour.
2我看见那站在神面前的七位天使，有七枝号赐给他们。And I saw the seven angels which stood before God; and to them were given seven trumpets.
3另有一位天使拿着金香炉来，站在祭坛旁边；有许多香赐给他，要和众圣徒的祈祷一同献在宝座前的金坛上。And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne.
4那香的烟和众圣徒的祈祷从天使的手中一同升到神面前。And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel's hand.
5天使拿着香炉，盛满了坛上的火，倒在地上；就有雷轰、响声、闪电、地震。七枝号筒
And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake.
6拿着七枝号筒的七位天使预备好要吹号。And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound.
7第一位天使吹号，就有冰雹和火搀着血扔在地上；地的三分之一和树的三分之一被烧掉了，一切的青草也被烧掉了。The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.
8第二位天使吹号，就有像火烧着的大山扔在海中；海的三分之一变成血，And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood;
9海中有生命的被造之物死了三分之一，船只也毁坏了三分之一。And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.
10第三位天使吹号，就有烧着的大星好像火把从天上坠下来，落在江河的三分之一和众水的泉源上。And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters;
11这星名叫“苦艾”；众水的三分之一变为苦艾，许多人因水变苦而死了。And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.
12第四位天使吹号，太阳的三分之一、月亮的三分之一、星辰的三分之一都被击打，以致日月星的三分之一变黑了，白昼的三分之一没有光，黑夜也是这样。And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.
13我观看，听见一只在空中飞的鹰大声说：“祸哉！祸哉！祸哉！地上的居民哪，其余的三位天使快要吹号了！”And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!
第五位天使吹号，我就看见一颗星从天上坠落到地上；有无底坑的钥匙赐给它。
And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.
2它开了无底坑，就有烟从坑里往上冒，好像大火炉的烟；太阳和天空都因这烟昏暗了。And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.
3有蝗虫从烟中出来，飞到地上，有权柄赐给它们，好像地上的蝎子有权柄一样。And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.
4它们奉命不可伤害地上的草、各样绿色植物和各种树木，惟独可伤害额上没有神印记的人；And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.
5但是不许蝗虫害死他们，只可使他们受痛苦五个月；这痛苦就像人被蝎子螫了的痛苦一样。And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.
6在那些日子，人求死，却死不了；想死，死却避开他们。And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.
7蝗虫的形状好像预备上阵的战马一样，头上戴的好像金冠冕，脸面好像男人的脸面，And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men.
8头发像女人的头发，牙齿像狮子的牙齿；And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions.
9它们胸前有甲，好像铁甲；又有翅膀的响声，好像许多车马奔跑上阵的声音。And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle.
10它们有尾巴像蝎子，长着毒刺，尾巴上的毒刺有能力伤害人五个月。And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months.
11它们有无底坑的使者作它们的王，按着希伯来话名叫亚巴顿，希腊话名叫亚玻伦。And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.
12第一样灾祸过去了；看哪，还有两样灾祸要来。One woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter.
13第六位天使吹号，我听见有声音从神面前金坛的四☛有古卷没有“四”。角发出来，And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God,
14吩咐那吹号的第六位天使，说：“把那捆绑在幼发拉底大河的四个使者释放了。”Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.
15那四个使者就被释放；他们原是预备好，在特定的年、月、日、时，要杀人类的三分之一。And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.
16骑兵有二亿；他们的数目我听见了。And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.
17我在异象中看见那些马和骑马的：骑马的穿着火红、紫玛瑙及硫磺色的胸甲；马的头好像狮子的头，有火、有烟、有硫磺从马的口中喷出来。And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone.
18从马的口中所喷出来的火、烟和硫磺这三样灾害杀了人类的三分之一。By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths.
19马的能力在于它们的口和尾巴；它们的尾巴像蛇，有头，用头来伤害人。For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt.
20其余未曾被这些灾难所杀的人仍旧不为自己手所做的悔改，还是去拜鬼魔和那些不能看、不能听、不能走，用金、银、铜、木、石所造的偶像。And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:
21他们也不为自己所犯的那些凶杀、邪术、淫乱、偷窃的事悔改。Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.
天使和小书卷
我又看见另一位大力的天使从天降下，披着云彩，头上有彩虹，脸面像太阳，两脚像火柱。
And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:
2他手里拿着展开的小书卷。他右脚踏海，左脚踏地，And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth,
3大声呼喊，好像狮子吼叫。呼喊完了，就有七个雷发出声音。And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.
4七个雷发声后，我正要写出来，就听见从天上有声音说：“七个雷所说的，你要封上，不可写出来。”And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not.
5我所看见的那踏海踏地的天使向天举起右手，And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven,
6指着创造天和天上之物、地和地上之物、海和海中之物、直活到永永远远的那位起誓，说：“不再有时日了☛“不再有时日了”或译“不再耽延了”。。”And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer:
7但在第七位天使要吹号的日子，神的奥秘就要成全了，正如神向他仆人众先知所宣告的。But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
8我先前从天上所听见的那声音又吩咐我说：“你去，把那踏海踏地之天使手中展开的小书卷拿过来。”And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth.
9我就走到天使那里，对他说，请他把小书卷给我。他对我说：“你拿去，把它吃光。它会使你肚子发苦，然而在你口中会甘甜如蜜。”And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.
10于是我从天使手中把小书卷接过来，把它吃光了，在我口中果然甘甜如蜜，吃了以后，我肚子觉得发苦。And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.
11天使们对我说：“你必须指着许多民族、邦国、语言、君王再说预言。”And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.
两个见证人
有一根芦苇，像丈量的杖，赐给我；且有话说：“起来！将神的殿和祭坛，以及在殿中礼拜的人，都量一量。
And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.
2只是殿外的院子不用量，因为这是要给外邦人的；他们将践踏圣城四十二个月。But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.
3“我要赐权柄给我那两个见证人，穿着粗麻衣说预言一千二百六十天。”And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.
4他们就是那站在世界之主面前的两棵橄榄树和两个灯台。These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.
5若有人想要害他们，就有火从他们口中喷出来，烧灭仇敌；凡想要害他们的都必须这样被杀。And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.
6这二人有权柄关闭天空，使他们说预言的日子不下雨；又有权柄使水变为血，并且能随时随意用各样的灾害击打大地。These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.
7他们作完见证的时候，那从无底坑里上来的兽要跟他们交战，并且得胜，把他们杀了。And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.
8他们的尸首将倒在大城的街道上；这城按着灵意叫所多玛，又叫埃及，就是他们的主钉十字架的地方。And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.
9从各民族、支派、语言、邦国中有人观看他们的尸首三天半，又不许人把尸首安放在坟墓里。And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves.
10住在地上的人会因他们而欢喜快乐，互相馈送礼物，因为这两位先知曾使住在地上的人受痛苦。And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.
11过了这三天半，有生命的气息从神那里进入他们里面，他们就站起来；看见他们的人都大大惧怕。And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them.
12两位先知听见有大声音从天上对他们说：“上这里来。”他们就驾着云上了天，他们的仇敌也看见了。And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.
13正在那时候，地大震动，城倒塌了十分之一；因地震而死的有七千人，其余的都恐惧，归荣耀给天上的神。And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.
14第二样灾祸过去了；看哪，第三样灾祸快到了。第七枝号筒
The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly.
15第七位天使吹号，天上就有大声音说： “世上的国已成了我们的主和他所立的基督的国了。 他要作王直到永永远远！”And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
16在神面前，坐在自己座位上的二十四位长老都俯伏在地上敬拜神，And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God,
17说： “今在昔在的主—全能的神啊， 我们感谢你！ 因你执掌大权作王了。Saying, We give thee thanks, O LORD God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.
18外邦发怒， 你的愤怒临到了。 审判死人的时候也到了； 你的仆人众先知、众圣徒及敬畏你名的人， 连大带小得赏赐的时候到了； 你毁灭那些毁灭大地者的时候也到了。”And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.
19于是，神天上的圣所开了，在他圣所中，他的约柜出现了；随后有闪电、响声、雷轰、地震、大冰雹。And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.
妇人和龙
天上出现了一个大兆头：有一个妇人身披太阳，脚踏月亮，头戴十二颗星的冠冕；
And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:
2她怀了孕，在生产的阵痛中疼痛地喊叫。And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.
3天上又出现了另一个兆头：有一条大红龙☛“龙”：原文音译“杜拉根”，指万恶之兽。，有七个头十个角；七个头上戴着七个冠冕。And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.
4它的尾巴拖拉着天上星辰的三分之一，把它们摔在地上。然后龙站在那将要生产的妇人面前，等她生产后要吞吃她的孩子。And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.
5妇人生了一个男孩子，就是将来要用铁杖管辖☛“管辖”：原文直译“牧养”。万国的；她的孩子被提到神和他宝座那里去。And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.
6妇人就逃到旷野，在那里有神给她预备的地方，使她在那里被供养一千二百六十天。And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.
7天上发生了争战。米迦勒同他的使者与龙作战，龙同它的使者也起来应战，And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
8它们都打败了，天上再也没有它们的地方。And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
9大龙就是那古蛇，名叫魔鬼，又叫撒但，是迷惑普天下的；它被摔在地上，它的使者也一同被摔下去。And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
10我听见在天上有大声音说： “我神的救恩、能力、国度， 和他所立的基督的权柄现在都来到了。 因为那个在我们神面前、 昼夜控告我们弟兄的， 已经被摔下去了。And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
11弟兄胜过那条龙是因羔羊的血， 和因自己所见证的道。 虽然至于死，他们也不惜自己的性命。And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
12所以，诸天和住在其中的， 你们都快乐吧！ 只是地和海有祸了！ 因为魔鬼知道自己的时候不多， 就气愤愤地下到你们那里去了。”Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
13龙见自己被摔在地上，就迫害那生男孩子的妇人。And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.
14于是有大鹰的两个翅膀赐给妇人，让她能飞到旷野，到自己的地方，躲避那蛇。她在那里受供养一载二载半载。And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.
15蛇在妇人背后，从口中喷出水来，像河一样，要将妇人冲走。And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.
16地却帮助了妇人，开口吞了从龙口喷出来的水。And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.
17于是龙向妇人发怒，去与她其余的儿女作战，就是与那些遵守神命令☛“命令”或译“诫命”。、为耶稣作见证的☛“为耶稣作见证的”：原文直译“有耶稣的见证的”；19．10同。。And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
18那时龙站在海边沙滩上。两只兽
我又看见一只兽从海里上来，有十个角七个头；在十个角上戴着十个冠冕，七个头上有亵渎的名号。
And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
2我所看见的兽，形状像豹，脚像熊的脚，口像狮子的口。那条龙将自己的能力、座位和大权柄都给了它。And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.
3我看见兽的七个头中，有一个似乎受了致命伤，那伤却医好了。全地的人都很惊讶，跟从了那只兽。And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.
4他们都拜那条龙，因为它把自己的权柄给了兽；又拜那只兽，说：“谁能比这只兽，谁能与它交战呢？”And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?
5龙又赐给那只兽说夸大亵渎话的口，又赐给它权柄可以任意行事四十二个月。And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.
6那兽就开口向神说亵渎的话，亵渎神的名和他的帐幕，就是那些住在天上的。And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
7它又被准许与圣徒作战，并且得胜，也赐给它权柄，可以制伏各支派、各民族、各语言、各邦国。And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
8凡住在地上、名字从创世以来没有记在被杀羔羊的生命册上的人都要拜它。And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
9凡有耳朵的都听吧！If any man have an ear, let him hear.
10该被掳掠的，必被掳掠； 该被刀杀的，必被刀杀。在此，圣徒要有耐心和信心。He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.
11我又看见另一只兽从地里上来。它有两个角如同羔羊，说话好像龙。And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
12它在第一只兽面前施行第一只兽所有的权柄，并且使地和住在地上的人拜那致命伤被医好了的第一只兽。And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
13这只兽又行大奇事，甚至在人面前使火从天降在地上。And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,
14它得了权柄在第一只兽面前能行奇事，迷惑住在地上的人，告诉他们要为那受过刀伤还活着的兽造个像。And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
15又有权柄赐给它，让那只兽的像有生气，并且能说话，又使所有不拜兽像的人都被杀害。And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
16它又使众人，无论大小、贫富，自主的、为奴的，都在右手上，或是在额上，打一个印记；And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17这样，除了那有印记，有兽的名或有兽名数字的，都不得买或卖。And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
18在此，要有智慧：让有悟性的人解开兽的数目吧，因为这是一个人的数字，那数字是六百六十六。Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
十四万四千人的歌
我又观看，看见羔羊站在锡安山，和他在一起的有十四万四千人，都有他的名和他父亲的名写在额上。
And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads.
2我听见从天上有声音，像众水的声音和大雷的声音，我所听见的声音好像琴师所弹的琴声。And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps:
3他们在宝座前，和在四活物及众长老前唱新歌，除了从地上买来的那十四万四千人以外，没有人能学这歌。And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.
4这些人未曾沾染妇女，他们原是童身。羔羊无论往哪里去，他们都跟随他。他们是从人间买来的，作为初熟的果子归给神和羔羊。These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.
5在他们口中找不出谎言，他们是没有瑕疵的。三位天使的信息
And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.
6我又看见另一位天使在空中飞翔，有永远的福音要传给住在地上的人，就是各邦国、各支派、各语言、各民族。And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,
7他大声说：“要敬畏神，把荣耀归给他，因为他施行审判的时候已经到了。要敬拜那创造天、地、海和水源的主。”Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
8另有第二位天使接着说：“倾覆了！那曾叫列国喝淫乱、烈怒之酒的大巴比伦倾覆了！”And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
9另有第三位天使接着他们，大声说：“若有人拜那只兽和兽像，在额上或在手上受了印记，And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
10他也必喝神烈怒的酒；这酒是斟在神愤怒的杯中的纯酒。他要在圣天使和羔羊面前，在火与硫磺之中受痛苦。The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
11使他们受痛苦的烟往上冒，直到永永远远。那些拜兽和兽像，受了它名字的印记的人，昼夜不得安宁。”And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
12在此，遵守神命令☛“命令”或译“诫命”。和坚信耶稣真道的圣徒要有耐心。Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
13我听见从天上有声音说：“你要写下：从今以后，在主里死去的人有福了。”圣灵说：“是的，他们要从自己的劳苦中得安息，因为工作的成果永随着他们。”地上的收割
And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.
14我又观看，看见有一片白云，云上坐着一位好像是人子的，头上戴着金冠冕，手里拿着锋利的镰刀。And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.
15另有一位天使从圣所出来，向那坐在云上的大声喊着：“伸出你的镰刀来收割吧，因为收割的时候已经到了，地上的庄稼已经熟透了。”And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.
16于是那坐在云上的把镰刀向地上挥去，地上的庄稼就收割了。And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped.
17另有一位天使从天上的圣所出来，他也拿着锋利的镰刀。And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle.
18另有一位天使从祭坛出来，是有权柄管火的，向那拿着锋利镰刀的大声喊着说：“伸出锋利的镰刀来，收取地上葡萄树的果子，因为葡萄熟透了。”And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe.
19那天使就把镰刀向地上挥去，收取了地上的葡萄，扔进神愤怒的大榨酒池里。And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God.
20那榨酒池在城外被踹踏，有血从榨酒池里流出来，涨到马的嚼环那么高，约有一千六百斯他迪☛“斯他迪”：古希腊长度单位；21．16同；参“度量衡表”。那么远。And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.
七位天使掌管最后的灾难
我看见在天上有另一兆头，大而且奇，就是七位天使掌管末了的七种灾难，因为神的烈怒在这七种灾难中发尽了。
And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God.
2我看见仿佛有搀杂火的玻璃海；又看见那些胜了那兽和兽像，以及它名字的数字的人，都站在玻璃海上，拿着神的竖琴。And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.
3他们唱神仆人摩西的歌和羔羊的歌，说： “主—全能的神啊， 你的作为又伟大又奇妙！ 万国之王啊， 你的道路又公义又真实！And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints.
4主啊，谁敢不敬畏你， 不把荣耀归于你的名？ 因为只有你是神圣的。 万民都要来， 在你面前敬拜， 因你公义的作为已经彰显了。”Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest.
5此后，我看见在天上那存放法柜的圣所开了。And after that I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened:
6那掌管七种灾难的七位天使从圣所出来，穿着洁白明亮的细麻衣☛“细麻衣”：有古卷是“宝石”。，胸间束着金带。And the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed in pure and white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles.
7四个活物中，有一个把盛满了活到永永远远之神烈怒的七个金碗给了那七位天使。And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever.
8圣所中充满了神的荣耀和权能而来的烟。没有人能进入圣所，直等到那七位天使降完了七种灾难。And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.
神烈怒的碗
我听见有大声音从圣所里出来，向那七位天使说：“你们去，把盛着神烈怒的七碗倾倒在地上。”
And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.
2第一位天使去，把碗倾倒在地上，就有又臭又毒的疮生在那些有兽的印记和拜兽像的人身上。And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.
3第二位天使把碗倾倒在海里，海就变成像死人的血一样，海里所有的活物都死了。And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea.
4第三位天使把碗倾倒在河流和水源里，水就变成血了。And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood.
5我听见掌管众水的天使说： “昔在、今在的圣者啊， 你做的判断公义；And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus.
6因他们曾流过圣徒与先知的血， 现在你给他们血喝， 这是他们该受的。”For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.
7我又听见祭坛中有声音说： “是的，主—全能的神啊， 你的判断又真实又公义！”And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.
8第四位天使把碗倾倒在太阳上，使太阳可用火烤人。And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.
9人被炎热所烤，就亵渎那有权掌管这些灾难的神的名，他们没有悔改，也没有把荣耀归给神。And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.
10第五位天使把碗倾倒在兽的座位上，兽的国就变成黑暗。人因疼痛而咬自己的舌头；And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain,
11又因所受的疼痛和生的疮，就亵渎天上的神，也没有为他们的行为悔改。And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.
12第六位天使把碗倾倒在大幼发拉底河上，河水就干了，为要给从日出之地所来的众王预备道路。And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.
13我又看见三个污秽的灵，好像青蛙，从龙的口、兽的口和假先知的口中出来。And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
14他们本是鬼魔的灵，施行奇事，到普天下众王那里去，召集他们在全能者神的大日子作战。For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.
15看哪，我来像贼一样。那警醒、穿着衣服的人有福了；他不至于赤身而行，给人看见他的羞耻。Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.
16于是，那三个鬼魔把众王聚集在希伯来话叫作哈米吉多顿的地方。And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
17第七位天使把碗倾倒在空中，就有大声音从圣所的宝座上出来，说：“成了！”And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done.
18又有闪电、响声、雷轰、大地震，自从地上有人以来没有这样大、这样厉害的地震。And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.
19那大城裂为三段，列国的城也都倒塌了。神记起了大巴比伦城，把那盛自己烈怒的酒杯递给她。And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.
20各海岛都逃避了，众山也不见了。And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.
21又有大冰雹从天掉落在人身上，每一个约重一他连得，以致人因冰雹的灾难而亵渎神，因为那灾难太大了。And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.
大淫妇和兽
拿着七个碗的七位天使中，有一位前来对我说：“来，我要让你看那坐在众水之上的大淫妇所要受的惩罚；
And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:
2地上的君王都曾与她行淫，住在地上的人也喝醉了她淫乱的酒。”With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.
3我在圣灵感动下，被天使带到旷野去，我看见一个女人骑在朱红色的兽上；那只兽有七个头十个角，遍体有亵渎的名号。So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
4那女人穿着紫色和朱红色的衣服，用金子、宝石、珍珠作妆饰，手拿着金杯，杯中盛满了可憎之物和她淫乱的污秽。And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:
5在她额上写着奥秘的名字，说：“大巴比伦，世上的淫妇和一切可憎之物的母。”And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
6我又看见那女人喝醉了圣徒的血和为耶稣作见证的人的血。我看见她，非常诧异。
And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.
7天使对我说：“你为什么诧异呢？我要把这女人和驮着她那七头十角的兽的奥秘告诉你。And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.
8你曾看见的兽，以前有，现在没有，将来要从无底坑里上来，又归于沉沦。凡住在地上、名字从创世以来没有记在生命册上的人看见那只兽都要诧异，因为它以前有，现在没有，以后再有。The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
9在此要有智慧的心思：那七个头就是女人所坐的七座山；他们又是七个王，And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.
10五个已经倒了，一个还在，一个还没有来到；他来的时候必须只暂时停留。And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.
11那以前有、现在没有的兽就是第八个，他也和那七个同列，正归于沉沦。And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.
12你曾看见的那十个角就是十个王；他们还没有得到国度，但他们要和那只兽同得权柄作王一个时辰。And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.
13他们同心把自己的能力权柄交给那只兽。These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.
14他们将与羔羊作战，羔羊必胜过他们，因为羔羊是万主之主、万王之王，而同羔羊在一起的是蒙召、被选、忠心的人。”These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.
15天使又对我说：“你所看见那淫妇坐的众水，就是许多民族、人民、邦国、语言。And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
16你所看见的那十个角与兽必恨这淫妇，他们要使她孤独赤身，又要吃她的肉，用火将她烧尽。And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.
17因为神使诸王同心执行他的旨意，把他们自己的国交给那只兽，直等到神的话都应验了。For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.
18你所看见的那女人就是管辖地上众王的大城。”And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.
巴比伦倾覆
此后，我看见另一位有大权柄的天使从天降下，地由于他的荣耀而发光。
And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.
2他以强而有力的声音喊着说： “倾覆了！大巴比伦倾覆了！ 她成了鬼魔的住处， 各样污秽之灵的巢穴， 各样污秽之鸟的窝， 各样污秽可憎之兽的出没处☛“各样污秽之鸟…出没处”：有古卷是“各样污秽可憎之鸟的窝”。。And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.
3因为列国都喝了她淫乱大怒的酒☛“喝了…酒”：有古卷是“因她淫乱大怒的酒而倾倒了”。； 地上的君王和她行淫； 地上的商人因她极度奢华而发了财。”For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.
4我又听见另一个声音从天上说： “我的民哪，从那城出来吧！ 免得和她在罪上有份， 受她所受的灾殃；And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
5因她的罪恶滔天， 神已经记得她的不义。For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.
6她怎样待人，也要怎样待她， 按她所行的加倍地报应她； 用她调酒的杯加倍调给她喝。Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.
7她怎样荣耀自己，怎样奢华， 也要使她照样痛苦悲哀。 因她心里说： ‘我坐了皇后的位， 并不是寡妇， 绝不至于悲哀。’How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.
8所以在一天之内，她的灾殃要一齐来到， 就是死亡、悲哀、饥荒。 她将被火烧尽， 因为审判她的主神大有能力。”Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.
9地上的君王，与她行淫、一同奢华的，看见烧她的烟，就必为她哭泣哀号；And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning,
10因怕她的痛苦，就远远地站着，说： “祸哉，祸哉，这大城！ 坚固的巴比伦城啊！ 一时之间，你的审判要来到了。”Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.
11地上的商人也都为她哭泣悲哀，因为没有人再买他们的货物了；And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more:
12这货物就是金、银、宝石、珍珠、细麻布、丝绸、紫色和朱红色衣料、各样香木、各样象牙的器皿、各样极宝贵的木头和铜、铁、大理石的器皿，The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble,
13和肉桂、豆蔻、香料、香膏、乳香、酒、油、细面、麦子、牛、羊、马、马车，以及奴隶、人口。And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.
14“你所贪爱的果子离开了你； 你一切的珍馐美味和华美的物件 都从你那里毁灭， 绝对见不到了。”And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all.
15贩卖这些货物、藉着她发财的商人，因怕她的痛苦，就远远地站着哭泣悲哀，The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing,
16说： “祸哉，祸哉，这大城！ 她穿着细麻、 紫色、朱红色的衣服， 用金子、宝石、珍珠为妆饰。And saying, Alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls!
17一时之间，这么多的财富就归于无有了。”所有的船长和到处航海的，水手以及所有靠海为业的，都远远地站着，For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off,
18看见烧她的烟，就喊着说：“有哪一个城能跟这大城比呢？”And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city!
19于是他们把灰尘撒在头上，哭泣悲哀地喊着说： “祸哉，祸哉，这大城！ 凡有船在海中的， 都因她的珍宝成了富足。 她在一时之间就成为荒芜。And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.
20天哪，众圣徒、众使徒、众先知啊！ 你们都要因她欢喜， 因为神已经在她身上为你们伸了冤。”Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her.
21有一位大力的天使举起一块石头，好像大磨石，扔在海里，说：“巴比伦大城
也必这样猛力地被扔下去， 绝对见不到了。And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.
22弹琴、歌唱、 吹笛、吹号的声音， 在你中间绝对听不见了； 各行手艺的技工 在你中间绝对见不到了； 推磨的声音 在你中间绝对听不见了；And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee;
23灯台的光 在你中间绝对不再照耀了； 新郎和新娘的声音 在你中间绝对听不见了。 你的商人原来是地上的显要； 万国也被你的邪术迷惑了。And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.
24先知、圣徒和地上一切被杀的人的血都在这城里找到了。”And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.
此后，我听见好像有一大群人在天上大声说：
“哈利路亚☛“哈利路亚”就是“要赞美耶和华”的意思。！ 救恩、荣耀、权能都属于我们的神。And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God:
2他的判断又真实又公义； 因他判断了那大淫妇， 她用淫行败坏了世界。 神为他的仆人伸冤， 向淫妇讨流仆人血的罪。”For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.
3他们又一次说： “哈利路亚！ 烧淫妇的烟往上冒，直到永永远远。”And again they said, Alleluia. And her smoke rose up for ever and ever.
4那二十四位长老和四活物就俯伏敬拜坐在宝座上的神，说： “阿们。哈利路亚！”羔羊的婚宴
And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia.
5接着，有声音从宝座出来说： “神的众仆人哪， 凡敬畏他的， 无论大小， 都要赞美我们的神！”And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great.
6我听见好像一大群人的声音，像众水的声音，像大雷的声音，说： “哈利路亚！ 因为主─我们的神☛“主─我们的神”：有古卷是“神我们的主”；另有古卷是“我们的神”，或“主神”，或“主”。、 全能者，作王了。And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.
7我们要欢喜快乐， 将荣耀归给他； 因为羔羊的婚期到了， 他的新娘也自己预备好了，Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
8她蒙恩得穿明亮洁白的细麻衣： 这细麻衣就是圣徒们的义行。”And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
9天使对我说：“你要写下来：凡被请赴羔羊婚宴的人有福了！”他又对我说：“这些都是神真实的话。”And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.
10我就俯伏在他脚前要拜他。他对我说：“千万不可！我和你，以及那些为耶稣作见证的弟兄同是仆人。你要敬拜神。”因为那些为耶稣作见证的人有预言的灵。白马骑士
And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.
11后来我看见天开了。有一匹白马，骑在马上的称为☛有古卷没有“称为”。“诚信”、“真实”，他审判和争战都凭着公义。And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
12他的眼睛如☛有古卷没有“如”。火焰，头上戴着许多冠冕；他身上写着一个名字，除了他自己没有人知道。His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
13他穿着浸过血的衣服；他的名称为“神之道”。And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
14众天军都骑着白马，穿着又白又洁净的细麻衣跟随他。And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
15有利剑从他口中出来，用来击打列国。他要用铁杖管辖☛“管辖”：原文直译“牧养”。他们，并且要踹全能神烈怒的榨酒池。And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
16在他衣服和大腿上写着“万王之王，万主之主”的名号。And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
17我又看见一位天使站在太阳中，向天空一切的飞鸟大声喊着说：“你们聚集来赴神的大宴席，And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God;
18为要吃君王的肉、将军的肉、壮士的肉、马和骑士的肉、一切自主的和为奴的，以及尊贵的和卑贱的肉。”That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.
19我又看见那兽和地上的君王，和他们的军队都聚集，要与白马骑士和他的军队作战。And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.
20那兽被擒拿了；那在兽面前曾行奇事、迷惑了接受兽的印记和拜兽像的人的假先知，也与兽同被擒拿。他们两个就活生生地被扔进烧着硫磺的火湖里，And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
21其余的人被白马骑士口中吐出来的剑杀了；所有的飞鸟都吃饱了他们的肉。And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.
一千年
我又看见一位天使从天降下，手里拿着无底坑的钥匙和一条大铁链。
And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.
2他抓住那龙，那古蛇，就是魔鬼、撒但，把它捆绑了一千年，And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
3扔在无底坑里，把无底坑关闭，用印封上，使它不再迷惑列国，等到那一千年满了。这些事以后，它必须暂时被释放。And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.
4我又看见一些宝座，坐在上面的有审判的权柄赐给他们。我又看见那些因为给耶稣作见证，并为神之道被斩首的人的灵魂，和没有拜过那兽与兽像、也没有在额上和手上打过它印记的人的灵魂。他们都复活了，与基督一同作王一千年。And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
5这是头一次的复活。其余的死人还没有复活，直等那一千年满了。But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
6在头一次复活有份的有福了，圣洁了！第二次的死在他们身上没有权柄，但他们要作神和基督的祭司，也要与基督一同作王一千年。击败撒但
Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
7那一千年满了，撒但会从监牢里被释放，And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,
8出来要迷惑地上四方的列国，就是歌革和玛各，使他们聚集争战。他们的人数多如海沙。And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.
9他们上来布满了全地，围住圣徒的营与蒙爱的城，就有火从天降下，烧灭了他们。And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.
10那迷惑他们的魔鬼被扔进硫磺的火湖里，就是那兽和假先知所在的地方，他们会昼夜受折磨，直到永永远远。末日的审判
And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
11我又看见一个白色的大宝座和那坐在上面的；天和地都从他面前逃避，再也找不到它们的位置了。And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
12我又看见死了的人，无论大小，都站在宝座前。案卷都展开了，并另有一卷展开，就是生命册。死了的人都凭着这些案卷所记载的，照他们所行的受审判。And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13于是海交出其中的死人，死亡和阴间也交出其中的死人；他们都照各人所行的受审判。And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
14死亡和阴间也被扔进火湖里，这火湖就是第二次的死。And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15凡名字没有记在生命册上的人，就被扔进火湖里。And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
新天新地
我又看见一个新天新地，因为先前的天和先前的地已经过去了，海也不再有了。
And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
2我又看见圣城，新耶路撒冷由神那里，从天而降，预备好了，就如新娘打扮整齐，等候丈夫。And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3我听见有大声音从宝座出来，说： “看哪，神的帐幕在人间！ 他要和他们同住， 他们要作他的子民。 神要亲自与他们同在。☛有古卷加“作他们的神。”And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
4神要擦去他们一切的眼泪； 不再有死亡， 也不再有悲哀、哭号、痛苦， 因为先前的事都过去了。”And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
5那位坐在宝座上的说：“看哪，我把一切都更新了！”他又说：“你要写下来，因为这些话是可信靠的，是真实的。”And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
6他又对我说：“成了！我是阿拉法，我是俄梅戛；我是开始，我是终结。我要把生命的泉水白白赐给那口渴的人喝。And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
7得胜的要承受这些为业；我要作他的神，他要作我的儿子。He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
8至于胆怯的、不信的、可憎的、杀人的、淫乱的、行邪术的、拜偶像的和一切说谎话的人，他们将在烧着硫磺的火湖里有份；这是第二次的死。”新耶路撒冷
But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
9拿着七个金碗、盛满末后七种灾祸的七位天使中，有一位来对我说：“你来，我要给你看新娘，就是羔羊的妻子。”And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife.
10我在圣灵感动下，天使带我到一座高大的山，给我看由神那里、从天而降的圣城耶路撒冷，And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,
11这城有神的荣耀，它光辉如同极贵的宝石，好像碧玉，明如水晶。Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal;
12它有高大的墙，有十二个门，门上有十二位天使，门上又写着以色列人十二个支派的名字☛有古卷没有“的名字”。。And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:
13东边有三个门，北边有三个门，南边有三个门，西边有三个门。On the east three gates; on the north three gates; on the south three gates; and on the west three gates.
14城墙有十二个根基，根基上有羔羊十二使徒的名字。And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
15那对我说话的天使拿着金的芦苇当尺，要量那城、城门和城墙。And he that talked with me had a golden reed to measure the city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof.
16城是四方的，长宽一样。天使用芦苇量那城，共有一万二千斯他迪，长、宽、高都是一样。And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal.
17他又量了城墙，按着人的尺寸，就是天使的尺寸，共有一百四十四肘。And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred and forty and four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of the angel.
18墙是碧玉造的；城是纯金的，如同明净的玻璃。And the building of the wall of it was of jasper: and the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass.
19城墙的根基是用各样宝石修饰的：第一个根基是碧玉，第二是蓝宝石，第三是绿玛瑙，第四是绿宝石，And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald;
20第五是红玛瑙，第六是红宝石，第七是黄璧玺，第八是水苍玉，第九是红璧玺，第十是翡翠，第十一是紫玛瑙，第十二是紫晶。The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolyte; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst.
21十二个门是十二颗珍珠；每一个门是一颗珍珠造的。城内的街道是纯金的，好像透明的玻璃。And the twelve gates were twelve pearls: every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass.
22我没有看见城内有殿，因主—全能者神和羔羊就是城的殿。And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.
23那城内不用日月光照，因为有神的荣耀光照，又有羔羊为城的灯。And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.
24列国要藉着城的光行走；地上的君王要把自己的荣耀带给那城。And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.
25城门白昼总不关闭，在那里没有黑夜。And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.
26人要将列国的荣耀尊贵带给那城。And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.
27凡不洁净的，和那行可憎与虚谎之事的人，都不得进那城，只有名字写在羔羊生命册上的才得进去。And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.
天使又让我看一道生命水的河，明亮如水晶，从神和羔羊的宝座流出来，
And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.
2经过城内街道的中央；在河的两边有生命树，结十二样☛“样”或译“回”。 的果子，每月都结果子；树上的叶子可作医治万民之用。In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
3以后不再有任何诅咒。在城里将有神和羔羊的宝座。他的仆人都要事奉他，And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:
4也要见他的面。他的名字将写在他们的额上。And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.
5不再有黑夜；他们也不需要灯光或日光，因为主神要光照他们。他们要作王，直到永永远远。基督来临
And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.
6天使又对我说：“这些话是可信靠的，是真实的。主，就是赐灵感给众先知的神，差遣他的使者，要将必须快要发生的事指示他的众仆人。”And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.
7“看哪，我必快来！凡遵守这书上预言的有福了。”Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.
8这些事是我－约翰所听见所看见的。当我听见看见时，就俯伏在指示我的天使脚前要拜他。And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.
9他对我说：“千万不可！我与你和你的弟兄众先知，以及那些守这书上的话的人，同是作仆人。你要敬拜神。”Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.
10他又对我说：“不可封了这书上的预言，因为时候近了。And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand.
11不义的，让他仍旧不义；污秽的，让他仍旧污秽；为义的，让他仍旧为义；圣洁的，让他仍旧圣洁。”He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.
12“看哪，我必快来！赏罚在我，要照每个人所行的报应他。And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
13我是阿拉法，我是俄梅戛；我是首先的，我是末后的；我是开始，我是终结。”I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.
14那些洗净自己衣服的有福了！他们可得权柄到生命树那里，也能从门进城。Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
15城外有犬类、行邪术的、淫乱的、杀人的、拜偶像的，以及所有喜爱和行虚谎的人。For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.
16“我－耶稣差遣我的使者，为了众教会向你们证明这些事。我是大卫的根，是他的后裔；我是明亮的晨星。”I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.
17圣灵和新娘都说：“来！”听见的人也要说：“来！”口渴的人也要来，愿意的人都可以白白取生命的水喝。And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.
18我警告一切听见这书上预言的人：若有人在这预言上加添什么，神必将记在这书上的灾祸加在他身上。For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
19这书上的预言，若有人删去什么，神必从这书上所记的生命树和圣城删去他的份。And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
20证明这些事的说：“是的，我必快来！”阿们！主耶稣啊，我愿你来！He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
21愿主耶稣的恩惠与众圣徒同在。阿们！☛有古卷没有“阿们！”The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
