上行之詩。耶和華是我們的保護者
我要向山舉目，
我的幫助從何而來？ I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
2我的帮助 从造天地的耶和华而来。My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.
3他不叫你的脚摇动， 保护你的必不打盹！He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.
4保护以色列的 必不打盹，也不睡觉。Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
5保护你的是耶和华， 耶和华在你右边荫庇你。The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand.
6白日，太阳必不伤你； 夜间，月亮也不害你。The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.
7耶和华要保护你，免受一切的灾害， 他要保护你的性命。The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.
8你出你入，耶和华要保护你， 从今时直到永远。The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.
