萬軍之耶和華啊，
你的居所何等可愛！ How amiable are thy tabernacles, O LORD of hosts!
2我羡慕渴想耶和华的院宇， 我的内心，我的肉体向永生神欢呼。My soul longeth, yea, even fainteth for the courts of the LORD: my heart and my flesh crieth out for the living God.
3万军之耶和华－我的王，我的神啊， 在你祭坛那里，麻雀为自己找到了家， 燕子为自己找着抱雏之窝。Yea, the sparrow hath found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even thine altars, O LORD of hosts, my King, and my God.
4如此住在你殿中的有福了！ 他们不断地赞美你。（细拉）Blessed are they that dwell in thy house: they will be still praising thee. Selah.
5靠你有力量、心中向往锡安大道的， 这人有福了！Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee; in whose heart are the ways of them.
6他们经过“流泪谷”☛“流泪谷”或译“干旱谷”。，叫这谷变为泉源之地； 且有秋雨之福盖满了全谷。Who passing through the valley of Baca make it a well; the rain also filleth the pools.
7他们行走，力上加力， 各人到锡安朝见神。They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appeareth before God.
8万军之耶和华神啊，求你听我的祷告！ 雅各的神啊，求你侧耳而听！（细拉）O LORD God of hosts, hear my prayer: give ear, O God of Jacob. Selah.
9神啊，我们的盾牌，求你观看， 求你垂顾你受膏者的面！Behold, O God our shield, and look upon the face of thine anointed.
10在你的院宇一日， 胜似千日； 宁可在我神的殿中看门， 不愿住在恶人的帐棚里。For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.
11因为耶和华神是太阳，是盾牌， 耶和华要赐下恩惠和荣耀。 他未尝留下福气不给那些行动正直的人。For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.
12万军之耶和华啊， 倚靠你的人有福了！O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.
