神啊，你丟棄了我們，破壞了我們；
你曾發怒，求你使我們復興！ O God, thou hast cast us off, thou hast scattered us, thou hast been displeased; O turn thyself to us again.
2你使地震动，崩裂； 求你将裂口补好，因为地在摇动。Thou hast made the earth to tremble; thou hast broken it: heal the breaches thereof; for it shaketh.
3你让你的子民遇见艰难， 使我们喝那令人东倒西歪的酒。Thou hast shewed thy people hard things: thou hast made us to drink the wine of astonishment.
4你把旌旗赐给敬畏你的人， 可以躲避弓箭☛“躲避弓箭”是根据七十士译本；原文是“为真理扬起来”。。（细拉）Thou hast given a banner to them that fear thee, that it may be displayed because of the truth. Selah.
5求你应允我们☛“我们”：原文另译“我”。，用右手施行拯救， 好让你所亲爱的人得救。That thy beloved may be delivered; save with thy right hand, and hear me.
6神在他的圣所☛“在他的圣所”或译“指着他的圣洁”。说： “我要欢乐； 要划分示剑， 丈量疏割谷。God hath spoken in his holiness; I will rejoice, I will divide Shechem, and mete out the valley of Succoth.
7基列是我的， 玛拿西是我的。 以法莲是护卫我头的， 犹大是我的权杖。Gilead is mine, and Manasseh is mine; Ephraim also is the strength of mine head; Judah is my lawgiver;
8摩押是我的沐浴盆， 我要向以东扔鞋。 非利士啊，你还能因我欢呼吗？”Moab is my washpot; over Edom will I cast out my shoe: Philistia, triumph thou because of me.
9谁能领我进坚固城？ 谁能引我到以东地？Who will bring me into the strong city? who will lead me into Edom?
10神啊，你真的丢弃了我们吗？ 神啊，你不和我们的军队同去吗？Wilt not thou, O God, which hadst cast us off? and thou, O God, which didst not go out with our armies?
11求你帮助我们攻击敌人， 因为人的帮助是枉然的。Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man.
12我们倚靠神才得施展大能， 因为践踏我们敌人的就是他。Through God we shall do valiantly: for he it is that shall tread down our enemies.
