神是我們的避難所，是我們的力量，
是我們在患難中隨時的幫助。 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
2所以，地虽改变， 山虽摇动到海心，Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;
3其中的水虽澎湃翻腾， 山虽因海涨而战抖， 我们也不害怕。（细拉）Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.
4有一道河，这河的分汊使神的城欢喜， 这城就是至高者居住的圣所。There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.
5神在其中，城必不动摇； 到天一亮，神必帮助这城。God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.
6万邦喧嚷，国度动摇； 神出声，地就熔化。The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted.
7万军之耶和华与我们同在， 雅各的神是我们的避难所！（细拉）The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
8你们来看耶和华的作为， 看他使地怎样荒凉。Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations he hath made in the earth.
9他止息战争，直到地极； 他折弓、断枪，把战车焚烧在火中。He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.
10你们要休息，要知道我是神！ 我必在列国中受尊崇，在全地也受尊崇。Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
11万军之耶和华与我们同在， 雅各的神是我们的避难所！The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
