大衛的訓誨詩。交給聖詠團長，用絲弦的樂器。被出賣者的禱告
神啊，求你側耳聽我的禱告，
不要隱藏不聽我的懇求！ Give ear to my prayer, O God; and hide not thyself from my supplication.
2求你留心听我，应允我。 我哀叹不安，发出呻吟，Attend unto me, and hear me: I mourn in my complaint, and make a noise;
3都因仇敌的声音，恶人的欺压； 他们将罪孽加在我身上，发怒气加害我。Because of the voice of the enemy, because of the oppression of the wicked: for they cast iniquity upon me, and in wrath they hate me.
4我的心在我里面阵痛， 死亡的恐怖落在我身。My heart is sore pained within me: and the terrors of death are fallen upon me.
5恐惧战兢临到了我， 惊恐笼罩我。Fearfulness and trembling are come upon me, and horror hath overwhelmed me.
6我说：“但愿我有翅膀像鸽子， 我就飞去，得享安息。And I said, Oh that I had wings like a dove! for then would I fly away, and be at rest.
7看哪，我要远走高飞， 宿在旷野。（细拉）Lo, then would I wander far off, and remain in the wilderness. Selah.
8我要速速逃到避难之所， 脱离狂风暴雨。”I would hasten my escape from the windy storm and tempest.
9主啊，求你吞灭他们，变乱他们的言语！ 因为我在城中见了凶暴争吵的事。Destroy, O Lord, and divide their tongues: for I have seen violence and strife in the city.
10他们昼夜在城墙上绕行， 城内也有罪孽和奸恶。Day and night they go about it upon the walls thereof: mischief also and sorrow are in the midst of it.
11邪恶在其中， 欺压和诡诈不离街市。Wickedness is in the midst thereof: deceit and guile depart not from her streets.
12原来，不是仇敌辱骂我， 若是仇敌，还可忍受； 也不是恨我的人向我狂妄自大， 若是恨我的人，我必躲避他。For it was not an enemy that reproached me; then I could have borne it: neither was it he that hated me that did magnify himself against me; then I would have hid myself from him:
13不料是你；你原与我同等， 是我的朋友，是我的知己！But it was thou, a man mine equal, my guide, and mine acquaintance.
14我们素常彼此交谈，以为甘甜； 我们结伴在神的殿中同行。We took sweet counsel together, and walked unto the house of God in company.
15愿死亡忽然临到他们！ 愿他们活生生地下入阴间！ 因为他们的住处都是邪恶， 他们的内心充满奸恶。Let death seize upon them, and let them go down quick into hell: for wickedness is in their dwellings, and among them.
16至于我，我要求告神， 耶和华必拯救我。As for me, I will call upon God; and the LORD shall save me.
17晚上、早晨、中午我要哀声悲叹， 他就垂听我的声音。Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice.
18他救赎我的命脱离攻击我的人， 使我得享平安， 因为与我相争的人很多。He hath delivered my soul in peace from the battle that was against me: for there were many with me.
19那不愿改变、不敬畏神的人， 从太古常存的神必听见而使他受苦。（细拉）God shall hear, and afflict them, even he that abideth of old. Selah. Because they have no changes, therefore they fear not God.
20他背了约， 伸手攻击与他和好的人。He hath put forth his hands against such as be at peace with him: he hath broken his covenant.
21他的口如奶油光滑， 他的心却怀着敌意； 他的话比油柔和， 其实是拔出的刀。The words of his mouth were smoother than butter, but war was in his heart: his words were softer than oil, yet were they drawn swords.
22你要把你的重担卸给耶和华， 他必扶持你， 他永不叫义人动摇。Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.
23神啊，你必使恶人坠入灭亡的坑； 那好流人血、行诡诈的人必活不过半生， 但我要倚靠你。But thou, O God, shalt bring them down into the pit of destruction: bloody and deceitful men shall not live out half their days; but I will trust in thee.
