我的心默默無聲，專等候神，
我的救恩從他而來。 Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from him cometh my salvation.
2惟独他是我的磐石，我的拯救； 他是我的庇护所，我必不大大动摇。He only is my rock and my salvation; he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved.
3你们大家攻击一人，使他被杀， 如歪斜的墙、将倒的壁，要到几时呢？How long will ye imagine mischief against a man? ye shall be slain all of you: as a bowing wall shall ye be, and as a tottering fence.
4他们彼此商议，要把他从高位上拉下来； 他们喜爱谎话，口虽祝福，心却诅咒。（细拉）They only consult to cast him down from his excellency: they delight in lies: they bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. Selah.
5我的心哪，你当默默无声，专等候神， 因为我的盼望是从他而来。My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.
6惟独他是我的磐石，我的拯救； 他是我的庇护所，我必不动摇。He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved.
7我的拯救、我的荣耀都在于神； 我力量的磐石、我的避难所都在于神。In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.
8百姓啊，要时时倚靠他， 在他面前倾心吐意； 神是我们的避难所。（细拉）Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.
9人真是虚空， 人真是虚假； 放在天平里就必浮起， 他们一共比空气还轻。Surely men of low degree are vanity, and men of high degree are a lie: to be laid in the balance, they are altogether lighter than vanity.
10不要仗势欺人， 也不要因抢夺而骄傲； 若财宝加增，不要放在心上。Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery: if riches increase, set not your heart upon them.
11神说了一次、两次，我都听见了， 就是能力属乎神。God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God.
12主啊，慈爱也是属乎你， 因为你照着各人所做的报应他。Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy: for thou renderest to every man according to his work.
