耶和華－拯救我的神啊，
我晝夜在你面前呼求； O LORD God of my salvation, I have cried day and night before thee:
2愿我的祷告达到你面前， 求你侧耳听我的恳求！Let my prayer come before thee: incline thine ear unto my cry;
3因为我心里满了患难， 我的性命临近阴间；For my soul is full of troubles: and my life draweth nigh unto the grave.
4我与下到地府的人同列， 如同无人帮助的人一样。I am counted with them that go down into the pit: I am as a man that hath no strength:
5我被丢在死人中， 好像被杀的人躺在坟墓里， 不再被你记得， 与你的手隔绝了。Free among the dead, like the slain that lie in the grave, whom thou rememberest no more: and they are cut off from thy hand.
6你把我放在极深的地府里， 在黑暗地，在深处。Thou hast laid me in the lowest pit, in darkness, in the deeps.
7你的愤怒重压我身， 你用一切的波浪困住我。（细拉）Thy wrath lieth hard upon me, and thou hast afflicted me with all thy waves. Selah.
8你把我所认识的人隔在远处， 使我为他们所憎恶； 我被拘禁，不能出来。Thou hast put away mine acquaintance far from me; thou hast made me an abomination unto them: I am shut up, and I cannot come forth.
9我的眼睛因困苦而昏花； 耶和华啊，我天天求告你，向你举手。Mine eye mourneth by reason of affliction: LORD, I have called daily upon thee, I have stretched out my hands unto thee.
10你岂要行奇事给死人看吗？ 阴魂还能起来称谢你吗？（细拉）Wilt thou shew wonders to the dead? shall the dead arise and praise thee? Selah.
11你的慈爱岂能在坟墓里被人述说吗？ 你的信实岂能在冥府☛“冥府”：原文音译“亚巴顿”，意思是“灭亡之地”。被人传扬吗？Shall thy lovingkindness be declared in the grave? or thy faithfulness in destruction?
12你的奇事岂能在幽暗里为人所知吗？ 你的公义岂能在遗忘之地为人所识吗？Shall thy wonders be known in the dark? and thy righteousness in the land of forgetfulness?
13耶和华啊，至于我，我要呼求你； 每早晨，我的祷告要达到你面前。But unto thee have I cried, O LORD; and in the morning shall my prayer prevent thee.
14耶和华啊，你为何丢弃我？ 为何转脸不顾我？LORD, why castest thou off my soul? why hidest thou thy face from me?
15我自幼受苦，几乎死亡； 你使我惊恐，烦乱不安。I am afflicted and ready to die from my youth up: while I suffer thy terrors I am distracted.
16你的烈怒漫过我身， 你用惊吓把我除灭。Thy fierce wrath goeth over me; thy terrors have cut me off.
17这些如水终日环绕我， 一起围困我。They came round about me daily like water; they compassed me about together.
18你把我的良朋密友隔在远处， 使我所认识的人都在黑暗里☛“使我...黑暗里”或译“我所知的尽是黑暗”。。Lover and friend hast thou put far from me, and mine acquaintance into darkness.
