（撒下12．1－25）
神啊，求你按你的慈愛恩待我！
按你豐盛的憐憫塗去我的過犯！ Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.
2求你将我的罪孽洗涤净尽， 洁除我的罪！Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.
3因为我知道我的过犯； 我的罪常在我面前。For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.
4我向你犯罪，惟独得罪了你， 在你眼前行了这恶， 以致你责备的时候显为公义， 判断的时候显为清白。Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.
5看哪，我是在罪孽里生的， 在我母亲怀胎的时候就有了罪。Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.
6你所喜爱的是内心的诚实； 求你在我隐密处使我得智慧。Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom.
7求你用牛膝草洁净我，我就干净； 求你洗涤我，我就比雪更白。Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.
8求你使我得听欢喜快乐的声音， 使你所压伤的骨头可以踊跃。Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice.
9求你转脸不看我的罪， 涂去我一切的罪孽。Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities.
10神啊，求你为我造清洁的心， 使我里面重新有正直☛“正直”或译“坚定”。的灵。Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
11不要丢弃我，使我离开你的面； 不要从我收回你的圣灵。Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.
12求你使我重得救恩之乐， 以乐意的灵来扶持我，Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.
13我就把你的道指教有过犯的人， 罪人必归顺你。Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.
14神啊，你是拯救我的神； 求你救我脱离流人血的罪！ 我的舌头就高唱你的公义。Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, thou God of my salvation: and my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness.
15主啊，求你使我嘴唇张开， 我的口就传扬赞美你的话！O Lord, open thou my lips; and my mouth shall shew forth thy praise.
16你本不喜爱祭物，若喜爱，我就献上； 燔祭你也不喜悦。For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering.
17神所要的祭就是忧伤的灵； 神啊，忧伤痛悔的心，你必不轻看。The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.
18求你随你的美意善待锡安， 建造耶路撒冷的城墙。Do good in thy good pleasure unto Zion: build thou the walls of Jerusalem.
19那时，你必喜爱公义的祭 和燔祭，全牲的燔祭； 那时，人必将公牛献在你坛上。Then shalt thou be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, with burnt offering and whole burnt offering: then shall they offer bullocks upon thine altar.
